I've been usin Languex for a couple years now and I keep bein impressed by their accurace, professionalism, customer service, and the speed at which they get the job done. On a few occasions I needed a translation done faster than even the expedited service timeline, and they were able to accommodate me. Their fees are also very competitive compared to other translators. I highly recommend them.

So, I heard about Languex and they said they can do translations in just 24 hours. I was like, "Wow, that's perfect!" 'Cause I had this important appointment coming up and I needed some documents translated real quick. So, I decided to give them a shot.

But guess what? Those 24 hours flew by and nothing happened. I was getting pretty worried, so I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my documents. And you know what? They finally replied, but it was like, "Oops, sorry, it's gonna take another 15 hours." Can you believe that? I mean, seriously?

Now, here's the real bummer. I'm gonna miss my appointment because of their delay. And it's too late to find a more professional agency to do the job properly. Ugh, what a mess!

I can't even thank this company enough for how fast they did the translation. It's like, wow! At first, I was kinda unsure, but then I really needed a quick translation, so I went for it. And guess what? They translated all my documents in just a week! Just recently, I sent them a few more documents to translate, and I was shocked when they turned it around in only 3 days. This was not my first time using Languex, and it won't be the last. I would recommend their translation service for 3 reasons: fast, accurate, and affordable.

I ordered from Languex on December 16. It's been a whole month and I haven't gotten any translations from them. The customer service hasn't reached out to me about my order or my repeated requests. I finally decided to ask for a refund, but Languex hasn't responded yet...

Completly Unprofesional. They charged me upfront and never recieved confirmation. Tried to contact them several times. At the end I stated I wanted to cancel the service and expected a full refund. Still no reply. I ended up engaging a different service. The following day I recieve an email with the translation. It was less than half a page but it still had mistakes in it. Besides, I had already paid someone else. Total Scam.

I ordered a translation from Languex on Sept 14, and they said it'd be done by Sept 15, 6 pm. But guess what? It didn't come on time. I was bummed, but I get it, big documents take longer. So I reached out and they said it'd be delivered on Sept 16, 5 pm. But guess what again? Sept 17 came and still no translation. I hit them up again, and they said it was almost done but didn't give me a timeline. They also asked for some clarification on abbreviations in the doc. I gave them the info they needed. Finally, on Sept 20, they sent the certified document. But here's the kicker, it had some parts that weren't translated and they were highlighted in red. Plus, my clarification comments were still on the side. So I told them to fix it or give me a refund on Sept 21, and I haven't heard back yet.

I hired Languex to translate my wife's birth certificate. We needed a certified copy with a signature in ink. They charged us nearly $70 and sent it to us with translation mistakes. It took weeks to receive it. When we opened it, we noticed the errors. We contacted them to fix it, and they sent us a correction in a .pdf file (not a signature in ink). They didn't update the notarization, claiming it wasn't necessary because only the competency certification was notarized. Our lawyer insists on a signature in ink before proceeding. They then charged me an additional $35 for this (which is ridiculous since it was their mistake in the first place). They promised to redo it from scratch with a signature in ink. However, when we received it, they had simply reprinted the old notarized copy and changed the date. It's not in ink. The stamp and signature are fake. I don't know what kind of shady company this is, but they need to be dealt with. Now my wife's immigration status is at risk because of these idiots.
