L'ange Hair review: Le duo quit working and customer care email not accepting emails per my gmail account

I purchased the le duo in November and it is my all time favorite straightener. However, it has all of a sudden stopped working. The lights still work but when I try to turn it to a temperature the light goes out. I’ve tried numerous outlets but that’s not the issue since the lights are still illuminating, but no heat is going to the straightener. I’m wondering if they’ll send a replacement or what my options are it’s not even six months old…
