Never received order by *** tracking was *** said it was in *** then all of a sudden back in ***. It said it got here and nothing.! Don't waste your time unless u wanna deal with this BS..! This apparently isn't the first time...! Save yourself and try *** I'm regretting I didn't go to them first.

Bought some of the 18'' silk seam clip in extensions back in November, and these lasted barley a few weeks. They advertise as 100% Remy Human Hair, but these are definitely a synthetic blend, and not fully Remy as they falsely advertise. They melt and get knotted after using any sort of heat on them, and makes them unwearable.

I have tried communicating with the company several times I purchase extensions from them. They claim the the extensions can be heated up to 400 degrees I used 310 and the extension melted right off .. this is false advertising they replied once stating Our sets are lined with a vitamin E coating sealant. Was your set rinsed/ washed prior I advise that it was not and never received a response again ..

March 19th Jet black hair extensions Bellami hair claims to sale real human hair however when I went to lift the color of my clip-I'm extension, they didn't not lift a single level. As a hairstylist there should be no reason for human hair not to lift unless the company is advertising SYNTHETIC hair as human hair. I have attached photos of what the hair looks like after a vol. 40 charcoal lifter. SOME strands were lifted but most of the hair did not. This is probably a SYNTHETIC blend. I did not pay over $300 for synthetic hair!

ORDER #PRO311576I got my hair extensions professionally installed on 10/16, it is now 10/18 and I had my first hair wash with the extensions in, with just the water running on my hair the extensions were falling apart and falling out in clumps not attached to the wefts, I had my hair dresser come over and she said there is no reason for this to be happening besides it being Bellamis fault. The amount of hair that came out of the extensions is insane. The first picture is the day I got them installed, the second is Monday when all the hair fell out.

I ordered from Bellami Hair almost two weeks ago. I still have not received a package. *** tracking has stopped updating, and it says it's out for delivery, but it has been for two days. Until I read reviews, I had no idea other people are also experiencing problems where they never received their packages (all recent orders). I have contacted the customer service for both *** and ***, neither have been helpful. The customer service representative for *** was rude and criticized me for thinking the package is lost. I ordered Clip in extensions from this company in *** of *** I've only worn them a hand full of times and each time I do the hair is a tangled mess. When I first noticed I called their customer service and explained my issues. They advised that this can happen but if I purchased length goals shampoo conditioner and spray from matrix it would fix my problem. I tried doing this and again I wear the hair and by the time I arrive back home my hair is tangled and knotted. I believe the hair is not *** human hair as they advertise. Ty it feels like synthetic hair. Even the fact that they representative I spoke with said not to heat the hair over *** If it were human hair there wouldn't be a maximum heat seating. I no longer want the hair and I would like the company to return my money.

Hi, I ordered a full set of hair extensions from Bellami Hair and once I received them I realized they were not the right color. According to their return/exchange policy online, I have to email them to receive an RA before I can return the product. I have attempted to reach out to them via email and social media several times with no response. I have followed all their guidelines and policies for a proper and acceptable return and they have not responded to me at all so at this time I am unable to proceed with my return and get my money back. I was originally hoping for an exchange but after a period of time with no response, I would like a full return and go with a more trusted business. I am not sure how to proceed at this time with no response and no available phone number so I am reaching out to you.

I received the 24" 240 gram Magnifica hair extensions yesterday August 28th. I ordered them August 26th. Upon first inspection, the color match was great so I proceeded to use the extensions. The company advertises their hair to be 100 % remy human hair. WHAT A LIE. Despite using proper styling protocol (low heat setting and heat protectant), the hair literally started to burn off onto my straighter upon first use. I GOT THESE YESTERDAY (today is August 29,2021). They are charging 300 plus dollars for synthetic hair and advertising it as real human hair (which does not burn off) Synthetic hair and can be purchased for *** dollars... Bellami is charging 300 and false advertising. I also caught a pink strand of synthetic hair (plastic) in the extensions which they slipped up and forgot to dye. They also ruined my perfectly good hair straightener because the hair burned off onto the barrel and won't come off.

I purchased extensions from Bellami five years ago .: I remembered them being so dry and matted to the point it looked terrible but after reading so many positive reviews which I now know are fake due to the fact they deleted my negative review. I decided to try them again thinking maybe the first time I did something wrong I have had them for three weeks and before receiving them I watched hours of videos in how to care for them properly .. within an hour of wearing they were matted tangled and honestly embarrassing .. they ruined my brand new hair curler .. I spent 400$ on these extensions :: I am very self conscious of my thin hair and I'm so upset over this I tried everything .. deep conditioning special brushes oil trimming the dry ends NOTHING WORKS. these are falsely advertised as 100% human hair there is no way .. they smell like burning plastic when styling them even with protectant. I'm just very disappointed and sad over this .: they tangle within seconds no joke!

I purchased Bellami's 26" silk seam in dark brown on 03/16. The extensions are advertised as "100% remy human hair" which is demonstrably false. Out of the box, the tester piece smelled like plastic Barbie *** hair. I used the flat iron on it and many black hairs melted right onto it. Shocked, I picked out several of these hairs from the weft and put them directly on my flat iron and each one of them instantly melted. I immediately e-mailed Bellami to complain and it was never answered. I ended up calling and the customer service rep I spoke to actually acknowledged that the extensions were a synthetic blend. I was shocked she admitted it. She offered a refund and even though they received the extensions back days ago, I haven't received my nearly $500 refund, or even an acknowledgement they received it as I was told I would get. I do not trust Bellami anymore and they have no right to hold my money when they knowingly lied about this product to make money, which is fraud.

I hope i get a response from you guys.Im very disappointed in the clipins i just got they didn't last 8hrs out of plastic they tangled up and look like ***.Nothing like what you show they are very thin and the clips are bulky and like i stated in my first message i have cancer i was so happy to get my hair then i get crushed by the cheap dull thin hair you guys sent me i cant return them and this was my last hope to get my self esteem and confidence back up i almost died with covid plus fivhting cancer you guys should really consider the people spending money they dont have to spend.At least sell good thick hair not false advertise and bait n switch someone who was counting on your product to be my life saver now im broke and stuck with this rag trash i wouldn't even have bought it if id known it was trash.Your return policy *** and you really should make it rite.Becouse i can see a class action law suit coming your way maybe even a civil suit for faults advertising and pain and suffering emotional damage you have caused my life i really was so happy then not even a day out of package they just frizzed up and look like fake hoodrat hair.Please make this rite.*** Order_Number: Order BH#

Bellami currently advertises on thier site in big bold letters on the top of the main page that customers might experience a 1-2 day delay in thier deliveries due to the current pandemic. When I saw this, I thought it's not so bad and proceeded with making an order for extensions to *** for an occasion. I waited for my extensions for a month and have never had to wait this long for an order before. My occasion passed and I no longer needed the extensions! I contacted Bellami to say what happened and let them know that the wait is ridiculous and they need to be more honest and they pointed me to the FINE print on thier site that you need to go digging for inI order to find which states that order may take 6-8 weeks to deliver! I got completely scammed. Now they won't give my money back and are telling me to wait until the end of NEXT MONTH FOR THEM TO TAKE ACTION. In addition, they've stated that when I do get the package and choose to return it I won't receive my refund until they get their item which could take another 6-8 weeks using thier shipping ground service. On October 11, I placed an order for 2 wigs and had them shipped to my mom's address since I'm not home for delivery during the work day. She received them without issue. On October 21 my mother attempted to order me more wigs, through Bellami.com for Christmas, since the sale was so great-2 for $50. For some reason, it only let her order 1 instead of 2. I then called Bellami to explain it wouldn't let her order 2 and see if there was a website glitch. They transferred me to someone else who stated my mother is BANNED from Bellami due to someone calling in her purchase as fraudulent back in 2020 and that there was some sort of chargeback (Apparently it took place after the wigs were shipped). I notified my mom who stated she never received notice from her credit Union nor Bellami regarding a fraudulent transaction. So I went ahead and put the wigs on my credit card and had them shipped to my address. All went fine. Fast forward to today, October 31 where I decided to order 2 more wigs before the end of the sale. I used my debit card and set up shipping to go to my mothers house and the order was immediately canceled, by Bellami, as a fraudulent order. I immediately called my *** which is the same one my family uses, to see why my order was fraudulent and they showed the transaction went through and that there was no fraudulent activity taking place. I explained the previous conversation of how my mom is banned from Bellami due to someone doing a chargeback in 2020, and although they could not discuss her account, they did confirm there was NEVER a chargeback on her account from Bellami. Bellami needs to fix this banned issue ASAP, with not only my account but with my mothers. I would like Bellami to both speak with my bank regarding why mine is a fraudulent order AND to honor and ship the 2 wigs I purchased, that they canceled, at the 2 wigs for $50 cost with express 2day shipping. The sale ends tonight and no customer service is available.
