I plugged the iron in, if I remember correctly I had to push or watch 3 lights (it’s been several weeks if not a month since I received it) but it still didn’t work. I emailed the company; no response. My credit card lender also tried to contact them; no response. On January 21st I mailed the item back to vendor. Now I wait and see. That’s it I got the curling iron, plugged it in, it didn’t work. What else can I say except customer service do your job and refund my money. I don’t know why the amount I type should affect my outcome but that’s what it said when I tried to go forward with the complaint. DOES NOT WORK should be enough.
