I have not received my item that I was charged for. Didnt receive a tracking number or and follow up email about my order. I called and left voice messages, and also emailed several times. No response from the company via email or any contact.

Order# *** with the dollar amount of $77.81 purchased 4 100 per cent human hair *** Human Hair Premium Duby Wigs. Once received I tried to Dye on of the wig's to a burgundy color, and it didn't take. I tried it once again using a different brand of color and again the color didn't take. I then reached out to Shoiphairwigs via emailing asking to atleast half of my money back for the falsification of the wigs being 100 human hair. They responded reached out to the manufacture for that problem. I then went back and fourth with a representative asking me what color I tried to dry the hair, and that I tamper with the product. I am now asking for a full refund or half a refund for them deceiving and false advertisment.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
