Received my hair products today and the purple shampoo I ordered had leaked all over the other products I purchased and all over the box. I feel like the bottle should have had a plastic cover over it like the way the other products are packaged. This would have kept the cap from loosening and no leakage. I feel like I have lost some of the shampoo and would like another one shipped to me or refunded.
