I booked a class with Lala's and put down a $350 deposit
I booked a class with Lala's and put down a $350 deposit. The class was supposed to be on August 15th, but I got an email that morning saying it was canceled. They offered to reschedule, which I did, but they didn't do anything else to make up for the inconvenience. I have two jobs, so it was hard for me to get off work for the original date. The new date is a month later, and I won't be able to make it. I asked for a refund, but they said no. The ladies I talked to were really rude and unprofessional. I canceled a month in advance, not at the last minute like they did to me. Also, $350 is a lot for a deposit. Now I'm out $350 for nothing. They basically stole my money. I feel like I got scammed and ripped off, and I want something to be done about it.
