I booked an appointment at Skullz Salon for Saturday, February 5th. But, dang it, the snow was piling up and the roads were all blocked. Couldn't even get my car out, so I had to cancel. I knew there might be a fee if I didn't cancel within 24 hours, but come on, this was beyond my control. Well, guess what? They still charged me a whopping $92! I had my hubby call and complain 'cause my English ain't so good, but they said no exceptions. I even emailed the owner, but got the same ol' answer. Seriously, $92 for a cancellation? That's just plain ridiculous. Life's unpredictable, you know? Can't guarantee nothing's gonna happen within 24 hours. And this cancellation wasn't just for my convenience, it was a force of nature! This cancellation fee is just plain awful.
