I hired Lake Ozark Remodel and Construction to tear down and rebuild my deck in July. We signed the contract and agreed that it would take 2 weeks to finish. But, it took over 2 months just to get started. And now, after 6 weeks of demolishing, the work has stopped and it's a safety hazard. I've tried to contact the company and owner multiple times, but they haven't responded. It's been 4 months since we signed the contract and my project still isn't complete.

When I texted him, he kept putting it off until the next day. The last time I heard from him was May 18th. I've tried texting, calling, emailing, and even messaging him on Facebook, but he's gone MIA. He's taken our money and I want it back!

They're not even responding to my emails. It's really unprofessional and not cool. I picked them because they're a small business and a VETERAN, but now I regret it. I might have to sue them for breaking our agreement.
