Your Agent called Sharon at Hurst Street shop in birmingham is not helpful..rude and ignorant about betting machine ...rules etc.her attitudes is shocking and unfriendly.
She first asked a customer to leave after spending a huge amount on gaming machine and he losts, and because of standing there watching others player from a reasonable distance, no complaint about it, but your agent Sharon get out of the office and asked him to leave if he is not playing anymore on machine ?.!, and she said due to omnicom pandemic rules has changes ...he was wearing a mask ..clean and behaving ...I have no idea where that's comes from as there were no notice in front shop board about that updates.
Her way of talking is disgusting and the way she is dressing is a bit rough too ...( you can check that ...a bit dirty and rough .. sorry but its true )
I am a customer of ladbrook from a long time and never saw such behaviour and attitude from any agent like her.
I kindly asked you please to investigate that agent ...she is not worth the effort done by ladbrook to make customer at ease to play and gamble in safe manners and happy way while she kept that horrible attitudes towards your customers . Not fair on us.
