La Quinta Inns & Suites review: Billing - Cedar City, Utah location

Stayed in Cedar City,Utah 3/10/24. Conf # [protected]. Checked out 3/11/24. My account was charged double. One for $99.98 and separate charges for $49.98 and $50. Called and t/w Sarah. Said she would have Rex correct. Charges were reversed but then charged again on 3/12/24 and again on 3/13/24 for 99.98 each. Sent text message to Rex to correct. His respond was that it had been done and that as a retired banker I should know that it takes time. It is now 3/19 and the extra charge has not been credited back to my account. The way that this has been handled leaves me little confidence that Rex or whoever is supposed to handle charges is really up to the task.
