LA Fitness — customer service and operations management
I’ve experienced numerous issues with this LA Fitness Facility in Diamond Bar. All problems have aquated to stem from an operations manager who goes by the name of Kevin. He is unprofessional, rude, and a liar. He lied to me about my options just so that I would have to cancel my service and resign with sales department. He was extremely rude in doing so, didn’t want to give me his info because when I asked it because I wanted to speak to higher management. On several occasions I’ve seen him be very rude to other Members of the location.
I’m only writing this because as a director of Sales and Marketing, I think it’s important that management know of his unprofessionalism and reputation he is giving this gym.
