L. Browe Asphalt Services

Horrible job on my driveway. It's fallin' apart and they ain't returnin' calls or appointments to fix it. I paid a lotta money for a cob job.

I got my driveway redone by L. Browe Asphalt Services, Inc. The contract said it would be a certain thickness, but it wasn't. We talked about this when they gave me the estimate and we agreed to it in writing. After they finished the job, I talked to the owner about my concerns, but he refused to fix the problem and accused me of not wanting to pay. I already paid for the job, but it's not what I expected. This will definitely affect how long the improvement lasts. It's not right for the company to cut corners and give me a subpar result. I'm complaining because the owner said sorry and offered a longer warranty to make up for the contract not being followed. But when I got the written warranty, it didn't match what he said. It's just another way for them to take advantage and not do what's right. This shouldn't be allowed! Businesses shouldn't be able to get away with this!

I contacted this business about a job they did, but they haven't responded to my calls. The last time I called, they just said the owner knows about my complaint. He was supposed to come in person to check the job his employees did on my driveway. Joe R, their estimator, also came here and said the work was not good. I want to find a solution to resolve this. They promise to guarantee their work for a whole year.

L. Browe Asphalt Services, Inc. did an amazing job removing my old blacktop driveway and walkway around my house. They were really good at what they do! They were professional and the price they charged was fair. Before hiring L. Browe, I called two other contractors. One of them gave me a crazy expensive estimate, claiming that asphalt in Colonie costs more than in Clifton Park. Funny thing is, he had actually paved my friend's longer driveway for $1,500 less than what he quoted me. He didn't know that I knew about this. So, I decided to go with Pregent and scheduled a date with them, but it was four weeks away. As the date approached, I called to check if everything was still on track. But guess what? They stopped answering the phone and never bothered to return my messages. Since I didn't hear back from Pregent, I went ahead and scheduled with L. Browe. And guess what? I still haven't heard back from Pregent to this day.
