I'm real happy with the buildin'. The guys who put it up were awesome! *** and his crew were right on time, super professional, didn't leave no mess, and were real polite. I hope they're around for any other stuff I need done.
We had a bad time with Absolute Steel
We had a bad time with Absolute Steel. We talked to Kurt to start making an RV cover and then had some phone calls/emails with Dillon. We had to measure the area ourselves, so we had to change it a couple of times. The last email from Kurt said he had to talk to his boss about column placement. That was June 9th. We are bummed about their customer service.

I had a bad experience with Kurt at Absolute Steel. There were lots of delays and lies about when the building would be shipped. For example, he said it was shipping tomorrow, but then the next week he said it was on back order and didn't know when it would be available. I drove 20 hours to the job site, but the building wasn't delivered. I had to rent a trailer and drive 8 hours to pick it up myself after paying for shipping. No one, including Kurt's boss, ever answers the phone or emails, and it's almost impossible to get a hold of them. Over a month late, my doors finally arrived. It was one of the worst sales experiences ever. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you want a huge headache. The one good thing is that the building itself is of good quality and easy to put together.

Got Absolute Steel in April . Still ain't got all the stuff yet. They gonna put a lien on my place 'cause I still owe $1198. Told 'em I'll pay soon as I get the stuff. Also asked for a $500 discount on the bill. Ain't got no invoice yet for the last payment, but they keep callin' me for the money.
