I gotta say, finding good contractors these days is like finding a needle in a haystack. But I lucked out with Storm Restoration Pros! These guys are the real deal. They did some work on my backyard trellis and it looks amazing. Perfect for those Instagram-worthy pics, ya know? Thanks SRP, you guys rock!

Storm Restoration Pros did a great job on our house! They fixed up our roof, deck, and garage and it all looks amazing. I'm so thankful for their help, especially when they talked to the insurance company for us. They really know what they're doing and I highly recommend them!

I wanna thank Storm Restoration Pros for the fine job they did with my claim. Everyone was professional. I wanna thank Rolando, the project manager, who did a fine job of handling my claim. He was cordial and attentive to every detail. Their were many details that I was concerned about and he handled them well. The workmen were professional and did a great job. The ladies in the office were also nice and professional. I would recommend them for any future projects.

I'm really happy with Storm Restoration Pros, SRP LLC. They helped us get our insurance to pay for a new roof on our house and garage, which we couldn't have done on our own. It was great working with ***. He was really friendly and always kept us in the loop. I loved that the boss would come out and watch the crew work, and even work alongside them. You can tell he really loves his job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, we know who to call!

Grt Servis! My roof startd leakin in March . This team was recommendd to me to be my public adjuster and Saray contacted me within 2 days. They reviewd my claim and started talkin to my insurance company. Jackie is no joke, she kept on them like a puma. The insurance company did their usual tricks and delay, but Jackie was ON IT. Once everything was set up, Rolando and his team came out quickly. He and his team had my old roof off, did some repairs, and had the new roof up in 2 days. Everything was clean. Grt crew, and very professional workers. I recommend this company.

Storm Restoration Pros is a great company. Everyone is so nice and working very hard. The second day of the tornado in my area, the hardworking crew already started to work until 10 pm. On the third day, they finished inspection with my insurance company and approved working on my house immediately. On the 4th day, they already completed replacing the roof in my house with a new one. Thanks to John, Mike, and Sarah for their hard work. They are very nice and patient to answer my questions any time during the day. I wouldn't be able to see these results without them. Everything was incredibly and professionally done.

I don't even know where to start. My house is 122 years old and until recently looked like it had seen the worst of every season that Iowa weather can produce. Not anymore! A derecho storm swept through my town which started my relationship with Storm Restoration Pros. My roof, gutters, and siding were all damaged. As well as water leaking from the ceiling of my daughter's room. I was worried about my siding because it was asbestos with lead paint underneath, and was told when I bought the house that it would be near impossible and expensive for anyone to replace it (big house as well). Other companies that visited my property did not want the hassle and wouldn't even bother with a quote. SRP got me approved for EVERYTHING! When my insurance company was not dragging their feet or answering calls and questions, they used confusing language and encouraged shortcuts. That's not how SRP operates. They simplified terms for me and educated me on my policy and my no-pressure contract. They let me dictate what my needs were and what was important for my family. They understand that this is not a house, this is my HOME. My project Manager, John, is on-site daily and answers my (many) calls whether it be 6 am or 11 pm. I have a hectic schedule and John is always on time and always prepared. The construction crew has worked magic on my home. Headed up by Anuar, they are all true professionals. They pay attention to detail, clean up at the end of every day, are respectful to me and neighbors, they work super hard and still manage a smile morning and night. Anuar is the man! The only problem I have is that people do not believe me when I say how old my house is! A very special thanks to everyone at SRP. Thank you for being in my corner when it seemed all was against me. If there is a company you want in your corner, it's got to be Storm Restoration Pros. You won't be disappointed.

Storm Restoration Pros did my roof, siding, and gutters in 2019. They left cords hanging in two places and never came back to fix them, even though I told them about it. Six months after the new roof was installed, it leaked in my kitchen. I called the Storm Pro rep and he said someone would come to fix it, but nobody ever did. It's leaked two more times since then. Last year, my insurance company sent me two checks for $334 and $60 to give to them, but I called and said they needed to fix the problems at my house. I left a message because they didn't answer. I found their number for the company in West *** since the rep wouldn't answer. I said I'd pay their fees if they sent someone to fix the cords and the roof. They said the rep and contractor don't work for them anymore and they won't send anyone to my house. They said they'll send my *** to a collection agency if I don't pay. Can you help me fix this?
