Terrible workmanship, they barely put in any effort, this is really bad. I can't stress enough, DO NOT work with this company.

At first, they were awesome, always keeping in touch. But now, it feels like they're slacking. The project is taking way too much time. I get it, they have other stuff going on, but if they can't handle more than one job, they shouldn't have taken it. They were fast to tear things apart, but in the process, a couple of cabinets got wrecked. They say it's not their fault and won't replace them. The quality of the work is decent, but it's not always up to par and doesn't fully meet what they promised. Gotta admit, I'm pretty let down.

Communication with A. Morgan Construction, LLC wasn't the greatest. We had a problem with our door, so they removed our old bay window and put in a new one. The installation appointments got rescheduled, and I understand that getting the window took longer because of logistical stuff, but the communication was all one-sided. Our fresh paint got messed up during the last installation, and we brought it up, but they haven't done anything about it. Plus, the bay window they installed is nothing like what we expected. We sent them emails about these issues, but it's been a whole week, and we haven't heard back from them. The contractor didn't even bother to check out when the job was done; they just left.
