WFM Restoration, LLC is a total rip-off!
WFM Restoration, LLC is a total rip-off! They tricked me into paying for costly and pointless restoration and asbestos elimination. They said that the city was holding up the asbestos removal because of permits. But, the city hasn't had any permits for my house in the past 20 years. Since October , my three little ones and I have been living in terrible conditions because of this company's greed and deceit. I still don't have a kitchen or laundry, and I'm out more than $4,000.

I called a plumbing company on March 4th because there was a leak under my kitchen sink. The plumber, Jose from ***, fixed the leak but said there was water damage and referred me to WFM Restoration. Julio *** from WFM arrived within an hour and said they could fix the damage and it would be covered by my insurance. I was worried about mold, so I agreed to the repair. Julio said he was the Field Manager and would oversee the project. WFM quickly took pictures and set up a tent. They removed my kitchen cabinets and put 2 by 4's under my granite countertops. I haven't had a sink or stove since March 5th and they haven't returned my calls.

WFM sent a representative, Scott, to our home within an hour. I asked if it would cost us anything and *** said it should be covered by our homeowner's insurance. Scott was present on my call to *** to initiate the claim. WFM brought in a dehumidifier for about 10 days to reduce the moisture in the bathroom. Then they had another company do an asbestos survey because our home was built in 1977. No one knew if *** had approved our claim for the shower pan leak. We sent a certified letter to WFM and received a follow-up letter for fees on 12/13. We are disputing the entire amount because we did not discuss the cost and financial responsibility was not explained in the contract. The contract was on Scott's tablet and I was not given it to read all 4 pages. It was a deceptive practice.
