Drystar is awesome
Drystar is awesome. They were great from the beginning to the end. I usually don't like the guy who takes my money, but Chad was cool and made me feel relaxed. He was friendly and knew more than just billing, so I left without any worries. Thanks to him, we're planning a renovation soon and he told us about their flooring department. I have an appointment to see their showroom on Thursday and hope we can find the floor my wife wants. Can we give them 10 stars? Robert, the mitigation manager, is tough but fair. I want to give him and Martin 5 stars too, just because Chad spoke highly of them. This crew is really on top of things.

Despite this, the firm keeps harassing me with calls, texts, emails, and letters, threatening to sue for $4,570.61, but my insurer has promised legal support if needed.

We hired Dry Star in September . They were supposed to replace the carpet in our bedroom, living room, and hallway. When we met with the flooring guy, we talked about what we wanted. He said we were lucky because the insurance would pay for good carpet that would last us a long time. But after they put it in, we noticed the hallway carpet was pieced together and didn't look good. The guy told us the carpet was meant for rental houses and wouldn't last long. We had to get it fixed twice already. When we told Dry Star, they said they would give us a 10% discount on new hard flooring or replace just the hallway carpet, but it wouldn't match.
