Kyocera Color MFP are piece of junk. I am a consultant and one of my client leased color 4035 last year. After 10 months of they trying to fix registration and color problems, even Kyocera Western Technical Head Guy couldnt resolve the issue. We have 4 years of lease agreement. Guess what Kyocera uses a third party leasing company and is not responsible if the client is not responsible.
Want to know more about Kyocera? I sent two emails in last 2 weeks to Raymond, President of Kyocera, Canada and Gord Marshal, National Sales Director. Surprise! Surprise! they dont even have courtsey to tell their secreratory to acknowlede the email that they want to resolve the issue. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY.
NO ONE at kyocera cares about the client or their machines once they are sold. Dont believe their sales rep, looks like its all scam, they just want to sell machine and dont care if it works or not.
Want to know something funny ? Their Sales Manager said not to believe their sales rep because they dont tell you everything. HAHAHA.. good job Sales Manager, you are really good to protect your sales rep... what a nightmare
