At kl sentral station! Train to seremban is so less frequency! Time on the board shown not followed! Platform number on the panel board very misleading! Batu canes train shows platform 5 but arrives always in platform 6! This problem never improve for so many years! Please change la! Improve public transport service! Not even 1 staff in charge at the platform!

This staff have no attitude and not respecter to ktmb customer, im just entered in ets at coach d, same time she also want go out from the ets with the same door, but she said to me "banggang", its come from their mouth, this workers is not respected to our customer, but when I ask she why she call me like that, look like don't care what i'm talk to her, everyday i'm used ets traveled from arau to sg petani not like first time 'im used this ets, so why she do like this to me, as are thicket checker she just say sorry and the it will be ok, but its not be like that, I hope ktmb take this action from this staff, be respected to the customer.
Staff takdk dekat counter
Pagi ni saya nak pergi kerja, lepastu dah smpai dekat ktm ngam ngam seminit lagi ktm sampai. Tiba tiba scan baki tak cukup. Saya bergegas ke counter untuk topup kad tapi tak ada staff di counter! Saya terpaksa guna mesin yang tak berapa nak elok tu?! Duit pon taknak terima eish! Dan saya terlepas ktm! Semua gara gara staff you! Terpaksa naik grab! Saya sangat marah! Tolong eh cari staff yang bertanggungjawab sikit!

*why there was no train to pulau sebang/tampin in between the afternoon schedule? Do people not travelling there?
* during this rmco, atleast can reschedule back to go until tampin/pulau sebang!
* I saw the schedule is only at night? Please try to reschedule back to people for make it easy!

Arrive from kl by ets.So many people rushing to use a Lif, due to covid 4 person in 1 lif. I as a responsibility malaysian, said please 4 person is allowed in 1 lif, then when im in level G, i go to the police ask him, why don't you put a notice saying 1 lif 4 pax only, then he shout at me saying thats is people choice i cant do anything while his table in-front of lif.He in working time, if he sees something that shouldn't do during this covid, he should give a instruction to public people and keep reminding people again n again not saying thats a people choice.

When will KTMB improve their services? I have been using this train since my teenage years and now I am in my 30's. To be frank the service has not improved and in fact it is much worse. The frequency of the trains definitely needs to be more reliable! We have to wait for the train for nearly an hour. This is not an express train. It's a monitor service and have to wait for an hour or more for each train. The notice boards that display the timing of each train is always out of service! Do you know how frustrating is it to use the public transport after a tiring day at work?! Seriously, KTMB needs to have more frequent trains as it's very annoying to wait for a train that long. If the service is good, m sure many people will use the public transport service!

I wanted to buy ktmb ETS fr Bukit Mertajam to KL Sentral in anthr 2 weeks.
They declare book early fare will be reduced from original price, after logon eticket system i noticed there's still plenty seat but ticket alrdy highup to rm63 for ETS gold rm58.
How's ktm declare book early for flexifare. Cheating rakyat

Good day to you..
We are daily user / passenger of Komuter Batu Caves to Seremban route. Nowadays we are facing a problem with 7.50 am train as not usual train comes by. it was replaced with Skypark train which is to small and to compact. even some of us cant fit in and miss the train and late to work.
and please take note, now we are facing corona virus issues. With this small and compact train(not even a place to stand, to hold on and even some passenger falls when the train breaks) we are in the fear of infections.
Some passenger cough and we are standing to close to each other.
Please take our complaint into consideration.

came n ask to chck my touch n go card balance..she told me she just selling ktmb card...n just show face to me..n i told her i gt topup here b4 thn wer i cn chck she just told xtaw n pergi tanya kat kaunter sana".. this is how u all will explain to ur customer? Im a public so u to behave good to us...coz of us u all getting money..tiz is how ur staff treat us? Pls do take note of tiz n have a good staff in future... thank you
Incoming flexi fare for ktmb ETS
Ktmb will practising flexifare and they declare it can save customer money. However before it start I already kena tiket mahal (1ringgit je) example KL - BukitMertajam rm58 ... with flexifare now come to rm59

Earlier today i bought a ticket to ipoh which is at 1.30. At the counter where i bought the ticket claimed the money before asking me which coach i would like to select. She just randomly put in the ETSplatinum coach without asking for my opinion. Now it's my first time taking the train for a long distance journey so i was quite unaware of it. Later while waiting for my train (15 mins after buying the ticket) i went back to the counter and asked if i could change my coach from platinum to silver as i was on a budget and the platinum ticket price seemed a bit ridiculous. She said i could change to silver but the money would not be refundable? What's that suppose to mean? First i don't get a choice of choosing my coach and next i don't get a refund as well? This is a scam and I'm frankly very disappointed cause my budget has now been ruined.

On 23/2/2020 (10.28am), I was asking the staff at the counter for the fare of KTM route from Batu Cave to Midvalley. Then the staff forced me to buy a KTM card instead of using token (I'm not sure that is it Malaysian must have a KTM Card, even though I'm from Sarawak, just here for travelling). The staff din't tell me Malaysian also can use Malaysia IC or Touch N Go card to top up value for the ride. Just asking me is a must to purchase a KTM card. Also his attitude is bad because I'm asking question about this, and he is not patient to answer my enquiry. Because early on I took KTM from KL Sentral to Batu Cave, the staff didn't ask me to buy the card. So I have no choice and just buy the card. Please explain this case. Thank you.

As i know if men are using this ladies couch will be fine based on the rules.

As the Ladies couches created for Ladies only, we should have the right to have the seat instead. To protect Ladies, men shouldn't be in the ladies couch for Ladies safety.

KTM is proud of their ladies coach, for woman only coach. But, what did I see now? Man can comes and goes as they please. Not only that, when reprimand, they even talks back at you. I am a woman who is uncomfortable with stranger especially if its man. Its not discriminate but I once has faced a snatch and grab so seeing man makes me clam up.
I remember seeing one man who ran when guard comes up and quickly rush back to the seat. There even one man who pretends did not understand what I say both in Malay and English until another woman help me. What makes me angry and speechless is this man.
I was closer to him so I heard what he said. A young woman come and told him that this is Ladies Coach. His answer is I knows this is Ladies Coach. Then the woman said, then you should leave before guard comes and this is what he said back: "I knows it is Ladies Coach and I knows the guard will come. If he did comes, then I will asks him, Where is my seat? There is no way I am going back and forth " Yes, this is what he said word by word. Then, he proceed to asks the young woman her name, her workplace and where she goes. Even I can see how uncomfortable she was. She answer him politely but keeps on trying to ignore the man. It's likes he didn't notice and keeps on pestering her. He only stops because we were watching him. What makes me sad is there is no guard to reprimand this man.
Please do something about this! I am uncomfortable with this.
penggunaan surau perempuan di ktm padang besar
Pada 30/1/2020 jam 10 pagi. Seorang lelaki tua berbaku tshirt coklat telah menerjah masuk ke surau perempuan tanpa mengetuk pintu atau memberi salam terlebih dahulu.
Pekerja tersebut tidak mengendahkan hal tentang aurat Wanita.
Kami meminta pekerja tersebut untuk keluar dahulu demi menghormati aurat kami. Tiada notis ditampal, bahawa tidak boleh berehat sebentar selepas solat dhuha.
Akhlak orang islam seperti ini sangat menduka citakan.

ets staff used dirty mop
We took a train no. EP9201 on 29th Jan 2020. After it rained, rain water started to seep into the coach. The ETS Staff proceeded to mop the coach with a very dirty and foul-smelling mop. The coach smelled terrible after the staff mopped it. Please advise the staff members to ensure that the mop they use is CLEAN before using it as this leaves a verg bad impression on all the passengers in the coach.

(Untuk KTM Subang Jaya) Tolong letakkan trains route antara KTM dan Skypark dengan betul. Setiap malam ktm selalu pakai train lama sama ada train lama ets atau skypark untuk penumpang ktm p. klang nak ke kl sentral. Semasa saya turun nak ke platform ke kl sentral, jadual waktu menunjukkan waktu ktm akan tiba. Semasa saya turun, terdapat train skypark dan ianya mengatakan train ini menghala ke kl sentral. Tapi bila saya dah tiba di kl sentral, saya dan penumpang lain yang jangkakan train tersebut adalah train ktm bukan skypark dikenakan bayaran sebanyak rm10. Tolong jangan kelirukan penumpang dengan meletakkan hanya 'KL Sentral' tapi letak lah 'Terminal Skypark' agar penumpang tidak keliru.

Most of the station lift is out of service not for days but more then months. What type of service you are providing for the oku people. Can the transport minister department look into it. Really feel upset with KTM terrible service. You are asking us to use your service to travel but how to travel if the lift is out of order. Please consider the oku people also
my bag was stolen.
My bag was stolen on my way to Taiping from Batu Gajah. I suspect the person who took my bag got down at the Ipoh KTM station. I have some clothes, toiletries, my Stethoscope and an Asus Laptop in my luggage bag. I am a medical student living in the hostel at Taiping, I'm very disappointed at the current situation. I hope immediate action can be taken against this person and I would kindly appreciate your effort in search of my bag.

poor ktmb express service
I work in KL and stay in Seremban. I take the KTM Express train from Seremban during weekdays at 6.55am to reach KL Sentral. I have been doing for the past 9 1/2 years. The train service was satisfactory until January 2020. Previously it used to have only 3 stops to reach KL Sentral ie - Seremban, Nilai and KL Sentral. The train will reach KL Sentral at 7.55am. However, since January 2020, KTM had increased the number of train stops from 3 to 7. Now the train stops at Sg Gadut, Senawang, Seremban, Bangi, UKM, Kajang and KL Sentral. The train now reaches KL Sentral at 8.15am. It is always packed and some of us have to stand throughout the journey for more than 1 hour. The same is the situation from KL Sentral to Seremban. The train leaves 4 minute later (last time it was 6.14pm) and reaches Seremban around 7.30pm.
My complaint is that an express service should not have so many stops. Alternatively, the coaches in the express service ought to be increased as the number of passengers have increased. The current service provided by KTM Express is highly inconvenient and distressful for people like me
