Went to go make mac and cheese today only to discover bugs floating in the water and in the empty box absolutely disgusting. I think you should be giving me back the money for the 4 boxes that I bought and I will never buy this product again. you keep saying that the problem has been resolved the problem is not resolved. more people are still getting bugs in their kraft mac and cheese you need to do a big recall. I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to buy your product. I will also be making public post about it as well. This is disgusting. shake and bake pouches included in box of extra crispy were unusable-the seam to seal the bag was in the center of the bag rather than at the bottom leaving 2 small openings on each side, unable to use the bags and had to improvise with my own remedy.

Upon opening the package the cottage cheese was at the bottom under a pool of liquid. The blueberry was added and stirred. I wanted to bring it to your attention. I attached a photo of the lid with all of the information on it. This is just a quality issue, the product didn't have an off smell. This was not tasted as the initial appearance was not up to break stone standard.

Out of ten boxes, of shake n bake, either box had no bags or holes in bags. Please fix this problem we are really getting tired of this. We have had to rush around to re do our meals on short . Notice. I have seen we are not the only ones that have had this problem...we use you product along. I hope you can resolve this matter. We will stop buying till resolved

I opened my box of shake and bake original and the bags were only half size connected in the middle. I had to drive almost an hr each way to go buy some bags to use for it. Was kind of a major hassle of time, fuel, and more money. Usually quality is good, this time not so much. I just ate one of your smart ones meals the spaghetti with zucchini and they were rocks in it I think all of your products are contaminated with rocks. I think I'm gonna contact my lawyer. I think I'm also going to call the USDA to complain about all of your smart ones meals because they are contaminated with rocks. Every time I buy smart ones I end up throwing it away because it taste like rocks in my mouth. I spent almost $500 on your meals because I was planning on dieting.

I recently bought breakstone cottage doubles which I buy frequently and their sas very little cottage cheese but mostly liquid. So much that I could not mix the fruit in it. It was like a tub of milk. The little bit of the curd that was in it tasted funny and was not as smooth tasting as it usually is. I bought 4 and had to throw them away. This is not the first time this has happened but usually if you get one like that the rest are fine. But all 4 I opened was the same this time. I like them because they are a nice little snack. This purchase of them was pretty nasty.

This is one of my go to meals, but for what it says it is, it is definitely lacking. I usually only find 1-3 pieces of actual chicken. And once again i was dissapointed to find 2 pieces of chicken in this meal. Totally unacceptable. If I am only eating this for a meal, I expect that there will be actual protein in it. How can you claim there is 16g of protein in this meal when there are only 2 pieces of chicken. I believe this is false advertising, because how in the world am I getting 16g of protein with pasta, some broccoli, and 2 pieces of chicken? It doesn't add up

My issue is that I can not find this item in any store. I live in the Williamsport Pa. area. Can you get this item thru the mail ? And if so where do you order it from? Thank you.

Creamy basil chicken with brocccoli did not come as pictured. I don't care for red peppers. As pictured I figured I could pick the few out but I think there was a whole red pepper in the box. I ended up throwing it away I purchased I purchase 2. Very disappointing.

First you remove the bag for shaking. Now you claim 2 pouches when there is only one. Shame on you. Will not purchase from Kraft or any Heinz Product in the further.

I am so furious I opened up a capri sum and began to take a sip when I had to spit it out because I felt something else was in my mouth besides the juice. I went to the bathroom and there it was in my hand a maggot what if one of my children had drunk it not knowing to spit it out and could have swallowed this thing this is not okay I need to speak with someone about this and I will be getting a lawyer I habe pictures

I purchased a 10 pack of On-The -Go Packets at HyVee in Johnston, IA yesterday afternoon. They taste great! But 3 of my 10 packs are completely empty. I'm not sure if I should take this back to the store, but I thought it best to let you know of this oddity. I've never had this happen before. Received an email from you, but nothing is different. I did a video, but not sure it loaded.

I bought a package of your bacon at BJ's wholesale. It contains 3 packages, which of course, are in a box that you cannot see through. Each of the 3 packages contained very little meat and 90% fat. Your package is not cheap and cost approximately $15. A small window is provided on the back which allows you to see one package barely. How disappointing to know that you provide the absolute worst packages of what you would like to call meat in your 3 pack. I always purchased oscar mayer bacon but will no longer do so based on the poor quality control of your company. People would like to eat mostly meat in their bacon and not mostly fat. Very sad indeed. In the picture I am sending the large chunk on the left is the huge chunks of fat in the lower portion of the strips of bacon which I had to cut off.

Velveeta is not cheese if it does not melt! Besides the off taste this cheese does not melt. I am 64 I have used this cheese for years. I could always put it on top of a casserole and in one hour at 375 it would melt into the whole dish.
Not anymore. I am bringing my double package of velveeta cheese back to Costco for refund. Who ruins a perfectly good product?

Not able to find and or purchase Devour Pizza in Palm Desert California... Looked high and low and to my disappointment was unsuccessful... I've been telling everyone I meet that are pizza lovers about Devour but we can't find to purchase to prove my point... Please tell me where I can purchase. Hopefully you're not going to tell me it's discontinued ?
