Monday August 29th 2022 @12 30 PM. Upon opening the box of macaroni and pouring it in the pot of boiling water I noticed 5 dead bugs floating at the top of the water dont know if they are ants or little roaches. Ive been buying Macaroni at ACME Edgewater NJ for 12 years and i have never seen any bugs in it and I must assume this happened at your warehouse.

Product Safety Seal Very Difficult To Remove.

I believe your packaging personnel should be able to come up with a safety seal on the Miracle Whip jar that is easy to remove and comes off all in one piece. For the past several years, it’s been impossible to remove the safety seal easily and in one piece. Invariably, I have to struggle to remove it and I wind up having to use my bear fingers to tear multiple pieces of the jar rim. This is unsanitary and unsafe. I don’t think I should have to wear sanitary gloves and struggle with this process just to open my jar of Miracle Whip.

By the way, I tried to use the Customer Feedback page on the Kraft=Heinz website, but it is virtually impossible to use.

I purchased a 3pk. Of Velveeta and Shells at Wal-Mart, when I cooked the shells, they fell apart. It looked like someone chewed it up before me ! The numbers on the box are [protected], expiration date is 18:JAN2023

I have always loved these pickles. Claussen pickles make the best Tarter sauce for fish, however, on 8/21/2022 I bought a jar, 24 oz., at Stater Bros. in Laguna Woods, Ca. They were so salty I spit out the first bite. My husband also said they were too salty. This is the first time this has happened with my favorite pickles. How can one de-salt them?

Because I'm diabetic, diet controlled, I used Sugar Free Cool Whip, and found it to taste every bit as good as the regular, and it lasted well in the refrigerator. I loved it. When that was no longer available, I chose Zero Sugar Cool whip. The taste is fine, but it does not last long in the refrigerator. It must be used within days or it separates. It says not to stir, but you lose a lot of product to throw it down the sink. With the price of Cool Whip, and all other foods, I can't afford to throw it away. I am a widow, living on social security. I wish you would bring the Sugar Free Cool Whip back. It did not separate and get all soupy.

I purchased a Kraft Deluxe Original Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese Dinner, 3ct on Walmart.com June 20, 2022.

I've cooked 2 boxes so far, and both have looked like the attached photos. It's like eating mush! The odd thing is the pasta looks normal in the box, uncooked. But once it hits boiling water, the pasta breaks up into pieces. I've never had this happen before. Bad manufacturing lot?

I am contacting you as a lifelong customer since I was a child. I have recently joined BJ’s warehouse club and was interested in buying the three pack ketchup. I was greatly disturbed to see how they were attached to one another by that plastic holder. What you are using to hold the ketchup bottles together is a dangerous hazard too many animals especially ducks and geese when found in ponds, rivers and lakes. They get their necks caught and can strangle themselves. I’m sure you can find a more environmentally friendly way to hold these bottles together. I cannot buy them as they are currently packaged. Taco Bell Crunchy Taco Dinner Kit.

Crunchy taco shells broken and crumbly. They previously put a spacer (paper/cardboard) to help hold the end shells open. They are no longer include this, and now nothing is keeping them from getting crushed. This is the second box I've had like this.

We bought at our local Smiths Grocery (Kroger Co.) a Lunchables packaged meal. It was missing the correct number of food items advertised as inside. We called Kraft Foods who is the parent company that makes Lunchables and explained this issue. The “Customer Service” person we talked to at Kraft Foods Company stated that he clearly understood the issue of shortage and that the Kraft Company was experiencing a shortage of food supplies that go into Lunchables Meals and knowingly were told to send them to grocery stores, short of correct amount on food inside. He offered NO compensation to us as the consumers buying these meals to eat and trusting the Kraft Brand.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT KRAFT’s Lack of response to a consumer product! They should be held responsible!

Purchased 6 packges of the franks for my daughters 3 year old party and the franks were green inside the package.Is there something that can be done? What can be done on this situation for me to get my money back or a replacement of the Franks? would like a reply.

On July 7, 2022 at 4:30 pm I found foreign material found in the cream cheese. It appears to be a pecan shell. No damage was done to myself.

I bought a new package of cream cheese from Festival Foods in Green Bay, WI on July 3rd and opened it today July 5th and it had large chunks of brown stuff in it. It’s not green so I’m unsure of what the substance is? I’ve always bought Philadelphia brand because of quality but with the price at $4 a block now and the brown substance is extremely disappointing. Expiration for it was 07/11/22. Purchased 3 bags of Kraft Cheddar shredded cheese and 2 days later, opened it to spread on my dinner when I noticed a "clump" on the bottom of the bag. I figured it was just cheese stuck together and when I crumbled it to break it apart, it was a clump of mold.

I recently purchased 7 boxes of sure jell and when I went to open them up, three of the seven had perforated pouches inside the boxes and the pectin was all over. I managed to save the pectin in the third box but I was disappointed as I had to drive ten miles back to the store to purchase more sure jell. Not very happy about this, have been using this product for years with no problems.

Please could you inform the service distribution and assembly line of people that lunchables had a weird tasting meat and it could be just me, so I didn't consume it but I just wanted everyone to fix the prosynthesicism of accidental rat meat of in a lunchables somebody would not want to not know if they could not have a choice to consume something they thought they would not want after potential noticing or sensing or visually insighting the difference if valid.

Always should be valid to voice a concerning experience and I ate a cookie then kept the pack at a half. Southernish California basin bought today, turkey and american cheese single package.

Is here where we say what I am trying to politely say?

I have always purchased these meals and have never opened one and found what I found 6/15/2022. There was one (1) piece of turkey in this meal. If you do not make this right, I will never purchase another Smart Ones product of Kraft product for that mater again. It is a disgrace how low the United States businesses have sunk and the horrible products they now produce.

I'm contacting you because I'm dissatisfied with the Kraft product. I've purchased this in the past many times, and it was always very good.

However, I just purchased 6 boxes at Walmart. I made the first box and the shell macaroni fell apart into pieces after only cooking it for 7 minutes. I've never had that happen. It looked like mush.

Today I thought I would try a box again because maybe it was just that box that had a problem. It happened again.

I don't know if you changed how the shell macaroni is made or its something else, but I would like a refund please.

I purchased one box of the Taco Bell Crunchy and soft dinner kit from Walmart on 6/9/2022. When I opened the box on 6/10/2022 it was mold on the soft tacos and all broken hard shells. I definitely did not expect mild because the expiration date is 11/6/2022. It also had a funny smell.I never had an experience like this before with this product. I purchased the item from my neighborhood Walmart located at 7001 Concourse Parkway Douglasville, Ga 30135.

I purchased a bottle of this dressing and cannot get it out of the bottle!

The chunks of blue cheese get stuck. I tried to twist it open but could not.

What a waste!

I think the opening should be more open for this product, no good to me I have to throw it away.

the last 2 packages of shake & back ranch & herd had the bag sealed in the middle, making them hard to use.

love the product, not happy with the bags.
