Hi I joined kolors in end of November and my treatment started from december I just went for 5 sittings in total of 25 sittings when I first went for only consulting the doctor in kolors health care manipulated me and forced me to take the treatment of 70500 and told it is for full body I even asked time to discuss it with my family she just forced me to take it and then after 2 sessions the 3rd session the therapist who used to give me therapy forced me infact forced me to depth saying I have more arms and got double chin as well so take a new advance treatment which is launched today only I asked her that the treatment which I took for 70500 is for full body as I was informed in consultation then she was like no it is only for 3 parts of your body then she was literally forcing me that day tp take that advance treatment for double chin and Arms and she called her manager to take a new loam even when I was telling her many a times that I have to discuss it with my family as I didn't even had a word with my parents and even told according to my age I don't get any loan they were like we will just check your eligibility and then suddenly they were like your loan is approved for 1,12,000 in bajaj finance and 47000 in easy finance I was like blank
Like seriously how can they play with someone financially which is day by day giving me mental stress as I have to pay total EMI of 17000 every month and I even lost My job as well I am requesting for refund they are denying it they are literally a looting and fraud company please do take a legal action and help every victims get their money back

I was promised 0% interest rate for 18 months. I took the treatment on Jan 2023. I have been following up so many times on asking for the interest rate being charged, it's 15 months now. I have been paying interest for 70,000 inr around 12000 inr. The branch manager keeps telling back end team is checking but no proper response. Most of the time he doesn't pick up the call. Please help me get back the interest that I am paying to the bank.

My name is NIVETHA RANI. I'm writing this letter to complain to you about the poor service provided by Kolors Tirupur. I joined a slimming program in Kolors in November 2022 by paying a starting amount of 30k with a loss of 15 kg. I asked diet plan to dietitian they told me to take only fruits for 3 times I m a working women how I can be stable having only fruits and I asked again to the concern person about diet they told only this can help you for weight loss, as per the dietitian I took fruits and I felt too tired and drowsy and informed them about this they told to continue only this than other plan. My weight was 74.2 kg. Due to no reduction in heat bed cryo program, service person Dharshini suggested a cool cryo for faster weight reduction. Then I planned and processed for cool cryo and paid about 80k still there is no result in reduction and my weight is gaining
I informed them about I m travelling for work daily like 20km up and down
I am having barely black rice in the morning and afternoon, having 2 glasses of kambu kool and at night having 2 dosa or fruit. Only this is my intake if I have non veg I'm informing them and if the weight is increased on that day coz of intake non veg I'm okay with it.
There is no junk food I've been taking for the past 11 months. If my weight is gained without any junk food the service person tells me that because of stress and travel I don’t know what type of conversation they use to have often without a senior person I don’t know about and while joining they told me if it gets reduced it won’t gain back but that is not truth word they came with.
And the service person doesn't note the BMI properly in the concern name holder book. Even if it is done and the records are not properly for untrained people. Even Senior people are not proper in guiding the use of mobile phones in the service place and have non stop chat watching tv no proper tissue is provided for washroom in the management.
After raising a complaint to MISS NALINI they changed the program of service they were handling.
Whenever I visit kolors they use to give me vibrations, not any other service due to new customers or lots of customers. After giving appointments they don't have numbers of customers that need to take care a day.
MY QUESTION IS WHY MY WEIGHT IS GAINING BACK

One of the service persons (BANU) doesn't have rights to know about my salary and personal things for their upgrading program for about 1lakh. I told them that for the ongoing program I'm not getting any results and don’t talk about another program and I'm not ready to spend.

After NALINI left the job i raised a complaint to MR KARTHICK who is the manager of kolors and it has been 8 months still i m following him for the payment and there is no proper response from the management.
I hereby request to please resolve my issues as soon as possible or else I have to stop using your service with an unsatisfactory note. Also for this service unless the problem is not resolved I need my payment back for the above service which I paid.

That I have to reduce 30-35 kgs so I asked her no first I vll reduce only 5-10 kgs give me that round figure she refused it and forced me to take 20-25 kg weight loss program. As I have delivered a baby and my baby is just 6 months old I even told her that also how much is the 1 session time I asked her she said it’s just 1:30 mins but it’s actually taking 3 hrs she didn’t discuss about the trial sessions also and forced me to pay 90000 rupees immediately I asked for for 1 day time also she refused it she z not allowing me to go out I have given u lot of discount if u go know this vll not be applicable she said she don’t even discuss about the non refundable policy too so I payed the amount and joined the next day that is 28/1/2024 after the first session I felt like I m not fit for this type of weight reduction I cannot able to bare the vibration and the cello that z the heat this and the massages the time duration is above 3 hrs and my small baby 6 months old is unable to stay for those long hours with out me too. After 1 sessions I complaint about my problem mrs sabitha is not ready to listen or refund it. I (Ragunath S) have purchased the weight loss program and for the same I have offered EMI option at kolors with the help of bajaj finserv on 02/10/2021 and my rtn number is [protected].
But unfortunately, I met with an accident and I am unable to attend the single sessions from your end.
I have called the respective Kolors Healthcare Tambaram (opposite to iravi) multiple times but no resolution.

I entered into an agreement with the clinic with the expectation of achieving weight loss results as promised, but I have encountered several issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service provided.

I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience I had with your company. On June 7th, 2023, I visited Kolors and joined your program. I was told that the final price would be 30,000/-, but I asked for a concession. I was then informed that if I paid via the Shopse app, I would receive a discount of 3,500/- and the remaining amount of 26,500/- would be paid through a No Cost EMI. I was also told that this discount would only be received after 3 months.
I agreed to take this loan and asked for proof of this offer. Your representative asked for my mobile phone and instructed me to download the Shopse app and validate the OTP. They then told me that the shown amount would be refunded to me after 3 months.
However, when I returned home, I started investigating and called Shopse to inquire about this offer. They informed me that they do not have any such offers. Now, I am left wondering who will be responsible for this. I should receive this discount in any case.
Additionally, while discussing the process, I was told that I would be on an inch loss program but was not given any information about what the process would entail. On the first day, I discovered that the process involved manual massage. If this is the case, what is the difference between the 7,999/- offer and the one that I was targeted for? In my scenario, the price started at 95,000/- and was reduced to 30,000/-. Does the manual process really warrant such a high price? I was not comfortable with the manual process as it does not seem to be worth that much money.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation.

Weight loss
I have started taking weight loss treatment in kolors from August. When I went to join they didn't even gave me time for research and forced me to pay the amount even by taking credit card loan (not sure if they were scared if I do any research). They didn't even provided any trial session prior to the payment as they claimed in their policies.
Initially I took 4 sessions and later I got problems in my menses. There was severe stomach pain and headache for more than a month and I was completely in bed rest for more than one month. When I went to the Kolors branch they told that it is because of my personal problem and not because of their treatment. So I didn't took the treatment for the next month totally and my menses of on time and healthy as it was before.
Now when I am approaching them that the treatment is not suitable for me and I need refund for the same they are not agreeing.
I will take action against the team if the refund is not provided.
Desired outcome: Need refund of the remaining amount after subtracting amount for 4 sessions.
Weight loss treatment
I joined colours in the month of November last year for weight loss and the treatment given was not good as the massage therapist massaged on the stomach extremely hard which lead to one severe pain in the abdomen and I had to consult the doctor. I raised a complaint but it repeated 3 times. Then I got a better therapist who was ok at my joining branch Indiranagar. But unfortunately due to some technical issues the Indiranagar branch got shut down n I waited for almost 5 months n they dint open but instead asking me to come to kundalahalli branch which is far for me and also due to personal family reasons I can't go to kundalahalli. Hence I demand for a refund of my remaining 25 sittings as I have gone only for 5 sittings. If I don't hear from u I will be forced to take legal action
