PexUniverse PexUniverse's Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Replace Damaged Pump

So, I ordered a pump from PexUniverse and when it arrived, it was damaged. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured they would help me out. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They basically told me that I was on my own and that I would have to pay to ship it back to them. That's a lot of money to spend on shipping, especially when it wasn't my fault that the pump was damaged in the first place.

To make matters worse, they wouldn't even replace the broken part. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous. I understand that they have policies in place, but sometimes you need to make exceptions. They were so rigid in their response that it really turned me off from ever doing business with them again.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with PexUniverse. I think they could have handled the situation much better and been more understanding of my predicament. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing supplies. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better and provide better customer service.
