I gotta say, PexUniverse is a pretty sweet site. It's real easy to find what you need and they got all the parts you could want. I was looking for a 8-port Copper Plumbing Manifold and they had it in stock, no problem. The descriptions and manufacturer info were super helpful too, made it real easy to know what I was getting.

And let me tell ya, the delivery was quick as a whip. I was real happy with how prompt it was. Overall, I'd definitely recommend PexUniverse if you're looking for plumbing parts. They got what you need and they get it to ya fast.

So, I bought this small thing from PexUniverse for like $50, but it didn't work out for me. So, I sent it back to them for a refund. But, it's been like 45 days and I still haven't got my money back. I called them up like a week ago and they said they got it and would give me my refund right away. But, still nothing. Is this how PexUniverse usually does things? I'm starting to get a little worried here.

PexUniverse is a company that I recently had the displeasure of dealing with. They took my money and only partially shipped my order. When I tried to get a refund, they refused and even tried to make me pay for the return shipping on their own screw up. Can you believe that? And to top it all off, this all happened 1-2 weeks after they took my money.

When I tried to complain or ask for a manager, they just hung up on me. How rude! It's like they don't even care about their customers.

If you do decide to shop with PexUniverse, I highly recommend using a credit card with a good chargeback policy. Or even better, just run away and find a different company to do business with. Trust me, you don't want to deal with the headache that comes with shopping at PexUniverse.

I bought a pump from PexUniverse and it broke after only 4 weeks. I was pretty upset about it, but what really got me was that they made me pay $100 to ship it back to them. That's a lot of money! And then, to make matters worse, it took them 15 whole days to "process" my refund. I don't know what they were doing for all that time, but it seems like they could have done it faster.

And then, when I finally did get my refund, they took 18% off for a restocking charge. They said they charge that if you don't get a replacement from them, but they didn't even have any stock to offer me. That's just not fair! It seems like they're just trying to make money off of people who have already had a bad experience with their products.

Overall, I would not recommend PexUniverse. They seem like a bunch of crooks to me. If you're looking for a reliable pump or other plumbing supplies, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I checked in with them again on the 11th and they assured me that my items would be shipped out that day. When I called to inquire about the delay, the lady on the phone seemed a bit flustered and told me that it was my fault for not tracking my order. I was a bit taken aback by her response and felt that the customer service could have been better.

So, I made a huge order from PexUniverse, almost 300 bucks worth of stuff. I was pretty excited to get it all, but then I got an email saying that it wouldn't be delivered until a week later. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I could wait. Well, Sunday came and went and still no package. I called them up on Monday and they said they couldn't tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. I was pretty frustrated, but I called back from a different phone and they finally told me that it hadn't shipped yet. They said they would ship it out that day, but it was already delayed for whatever reason. I don't think I'll be using them again.

I ordered from PexUniverse and they sent my stuff to Fedex. But Fedex won't bring it to my house and they won't give it back to PexUniverse. PexUniverse won't give me my money back. I'm so mad I could scream! I'm going to have to get my lawyer involved. Don't buy from these guys or you'll be sorry. Other people have said the same thing: their customer service is the worst ever.

Overall, my experience with PexUniverse was a plumbing nightmare. I had hoped for better customer service from a Brooklyn-based company, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend buying from them, as their customer service is non-existent and they offer no technical assistance on the products they sell.

If you do decide to purchase from PexUniverse, be prepared for a frustrating experience. The alleged "president" of the company is Elwood White, and I would advise anyone who has had a negative experience with them to reach out to him and let him know what a terrible shop he is running.
