I went in to look for dresser. I was approached by Greta she gave me her card then she gave me space to look around, I found what I wanted she said it was back ordered. I put $200.00 down and for me to call her in a couple days. so I called her back. She said to called her back at end of Oct. So I waited till Nov 7th and I called she said she would call me back. She has not called back. I want my dress of drawers.

This complaint is for Knox Wholesale Furniture Clearance Center. I placed an order on 8/26/22. Pd a deposit, for which they wanted it paid in full. Order went past the delivery date and 17 more days. I was called on 10/8/22 that my chairs were in. I agreed to pick up 8/10/22. 42 miles one way. Once there I was given the runaround about my chairs and that only one came in. This after I explained I would not pay in full till I actually seen the chairs. This is where all the excuses started coming in. I wish I had read BBB reviews before ordering. Now I am out 2 chairs that I needed by said date of 10/1/22. They did without pause refund my deposit, but gave me several lying reasons of why I did not get them. How does a company get to stay in business, when you have so many of the same complaints as mine. Something needs to be done. I have filed a complaint with the FTC also. For others, if you should still decide to buy from them, don't pay up front. Once they have your money they only give store credit. I guess I was lucky they gave my deposit back, maybe to just get me out of the store.

Ordered a sofa from KnoxvilleWholesaleFurniture company and fabric was wrong. Contacted the store and asked them to reorder so I could get a replacement. They said that they need some time to fix the problem and told me to use the received sofa while I wait for their decision. Days passed and I heard nothing from them so I contacted KnoxvilleWholesaleFurniture again and asked for someone to pick up the sofa, but they said that they still need some time to discuss it with the manager. Later they told me that replacement was not possible since there were no damages. I do not recommend this company.
