Kittbae I have no idea where my order is

I was provided with a fake tracking info.
I ordered almost 2 months ago and I have no idea where my order is.
Their customer service responses once a week and that's terrible. They promise to call me back each time I send them my complaint and they never do it. I am so tired of this mess. Tired of this endless waiting. It has to stop one day. I wish I could request a refund, but I understand they will start ignoring all my emails...

Kittbae this company is a scam!

I have ordered my swimsuit over two months ago and still haven't received it. I'm worried because I have no idea were my order is and how long will it take. I don't have a tracking number and can't reach anyone from Kittbae customer support.
I wasn't able to find their contact phone number or email address. I tried to contact them by sending messages via online contact form, but as I already said they never replied.
Do not buy from Kittbae, I'm 100% sure they are scammers. I can't find any other explanation.
