They got my dog breed wrong, even though I gave them my dog's records from the last vet
They got my dog breed wrong, even though I gave them my dog's records from the last vet. They didn't fix it and even charged me to talk about it. Now, I can't find a place to live because they're my current vet. They also charge different prices for the same services.
I tried to buy Heart worm meds for my 3 dogs on their website but they said no because 2 of my dogs haven't had their worm testing yet

I can't afford to do both dogs at the moment because it costs about $283 each for the visit. The meds alone cost $318 and they need it every month. I'm already behind one month. I want to bring my dogs in but I can't afford it right now. They won't give me the meds until I do. The office manager wouldn't help me and said I could get a credit card through them to pay for office visits. I don't want a credit card. She then quoted some recommendation by their Vet governing body and said that was their policy too. It's unethical to hold out monthly meds. Would your doctor prevent you from buying aspirin until you see them? The manager said it wasn't her problem and hung up. I wouldn't take my pets to them if I were you. They only care about money. I doubt any vet there will call me back and apologize for their office manager's unprofessional manner. I'll be looking for a different vet. It's a shame.
