Ordered seat covers $269 in October, waited 2 months for them. Contacted KOSC once via chat and was told product would arrive in a week. It arrived in a week. It was wrong, I received covers for bucket seats and had placed order for bench seat.

Have called them many times, no one answers and no voicemail. Have sent many emails with no reply. Many phone calls, no reply.

I just want my $269 refunded

Per Los Angeles Better Business Bureau web page, they have many complaints on KOSC. They have attempted contact with them and received no response.

    you need to contact the ftc!! and the local police department on them. and report to google say there a fraud company and should not advertise with them anymore
