When looking for tires I came across Tires-Easy.com
When looking for tires I came across Tires-Easy.com. After looking at some of the reviews I was a bit scared of doing business with them. But a $200.00 savings was worth the risk. I ordered the tires and within 4 days they were at my door. Everything was easy and smooth. On top of that I just received my confirmation email from Firestone for my rebate. I will only be ordering tires from them in the future.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY... This company is a fraud. I bought four tires from them that turned out not to be the right size. Returned all four and a month later I noticed they still didn't refund me. So I emailed them and they basically played stupid saying they never issued me a return order and they did not have the tires and I would need to show a receipt proving otherwise.. Not realizing I had enough brains to look at the label they emailed me prior and the tracking information showed that not only did the items get delivered, but someone there signed for them... Being they couldn't deny the information via the tracking info, they proceeded to make an excuse as to why they thought I didn't return the tires, and then lie and tell me they only received 2 tires out of 4... BULL. We were right there and watched the FedEx driver take all four tires and put them in his truck... Then they used the receipt bit again, telling me they cannot file a claim with FedEx for the missing tires without a receipt... I was not given a receipt. And I don't need one. The tracking information is our receipt. Even if I was given a physical receipt, they would've still stuck to their story that they only received 2 out of 4 tires, because the receipt would not show anything different than the tracking info shows... They just don't want to refund me my money so they're looking for any excuse not to give me one... Here's another interesting tidbit -- They acknowledged receiving 2 of the tires. . when I've still YET to receive a refund for the 2 tires! They received them a month and a half ago! This proves they just don't want to refund me but they couldn't say they received no tires with the tracking number I threw in their faces. If I couldn't locate the tracking number, they would've stuck to their story that they never issued me a return order and they did not have the tires! These people are despicable, unprofessional, and scam artists. Do not do business with them. Because even if you're ordering something that you know 100% you wouldn't return, there's still a chance the item could be wrong or damaged...

Tires Easy? More like tires Impossible Because its actually impossible to get the tires from them, I placed my order on 5/23 for 5 Toyo Extensa HP II and here i am on 6/19 with 2 tires sitting at my house and have probably talked to every employee and manager working for tires easy currently and all of them just danced around the issues with no results to be had mind you these are summer tires and i have now wasted a decent portion of my summer waiting for tires that now i have to find 3 matching tires to the two fedex delivered to my house in person because im done dealing with this laughing stock of a company I would rather never drive a car again then order tires from Tires-impossible.com
I ordered a set of tires for a 4 month old car because i changed the wheels. I had a blowout, which i chalked up to back luck. Then another tire was separating. I sent pictures to the company to get a refund on faulty tires, and they denied the claim and said that "something was rubbing" the tire which caused the issue. You can clearly see there is no damage anywhere on the tires. Again, this was a 4 month old car, nothing was rubbing. The company does not stand behind their product and denies claims that are clearly a faulty product. Definitely would not recommend doing business with them, if you had an issue with their product, you would be stuck with a defective product. I have built many custom vehicles and work in technical/sales/Research and development for one of the largest producer of aftermarket Ford performance parts in the world. I know vehicles and i know tires.
I had ordered four tires and only received two out of the four. Obviously, tires can be costly, and I was distraught. After contacting them, they rectified the issue by sending two additional tires at no cost to me. It turns out the shipping company had lost two of the tires, then found them, and bundled them with the two new tires that were sent. Now having six tires, I contacted Tires-easy and informed them of the shipping company's error, and what my options were in sending the two extra tires back. They provided the labels, we arranged the pickup, and the tires were picked up by the shipping company, at no cost to me. After all this mess I forgot to get the receipt in sending them back, but after contacting the shipping company, their customer service said that the receipt would be given to Tires-easy upon receiving the tires. I'm very pleased that Tires-easy went to these lengths to ensure that in every respect (as far as it depended on them) my experience was good.
