Don't believe the people trash talking this turbo. This turbo is very good quality! Extremely happy with my purchase it builds boost strong. Starts boosting at 3500 rpm on my D16 Civic and at 5600 rpm when VTEC engages it pulls extremely hard. I've been a mechanic for several years now and this is definitely a good quality turbo compared to others I've seen. In the process of building another D16 turbo civic for a customer and this turbo will be used on his as well.

The conrods totally solved the error message I saw every time I started my car, which is fantastic. LOVE their product, my friends are going to buy some too! It was an amazing transaction very professional and helpful price and quality very good will do business with them again, Pretty much straight forward old for new alternator swap. Plug and play basicly was exact and perfect fit... plug in was pretty much easy too. With the new adapter lead. Product received as per details provided and fits perfectly to my car. Ride comfort has not been compromised and is excellent for street use.

I recently bought a k24a2 swivel neck thermostat from MaXpeedingRods and boy, was it a disaster. I installed it and it was faulty around the bottom of the neck. I was so disappointed! That's why I decided to try out MaXpeedingRods' Provent unit and boy oh boy am I impressed! I've only used it for 500km so far, but it's doing an absolutely smashing job at separating all the particulates and keeping my intake manifold (and intercooler) clean as a whistle.

And let me tell you, it's also fixed my fuel consumption issues. Before I installed the Provent, I was guzzling down 9 litres of fuel for every 100km, but now I'm down to just 8.5 litres! That's a pretty significant improvement in my book.

So here's my beef on MaXpeedingRods that I got from maxpeedingrods.com. First up, these things look pretty great and have a really nice feel to them. I was pretty excited to get them on my car and start adjusting the camber to make it ride like a dream.

But let me tell you, the first time setting the camber was a bit of a challenge. I ended up chipping off some of the paint, so if you're going to do it yourself, make sure you use a piece of plastic or a rag so you don't end up scratching up your new parts.

The real problem came when I was taking out my old ones. The rear diff was totally in the way of both bolts, so I had to take out a few of my mount bolts and jack up the rear diff just enough to barely jiggle the bolts out of the old ones. It was seriously a pain in the butt, but I eventually got through it.

Setting the camber was another challenge, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn't too bad. On the passenger side, it was easy-peasy, but on my 328i, I couldn't tighten the top nut because the exhaust was in the way. So I had to hand tighten it and then tighten the camber against the nut. It was frustrating, but it worked in the end.

The parts definitely worked as they claimed, and the cambering was a pretty nice upgrade. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave them cambered for too long. They ended up scrubbing, so I'll need to get some spacers to keep them working as well as they should.

I found this response to be an absolute joke: why should I have to shell out more money for a product that was supposed to last for two years in the first place?

So, I was having some trouble with the automatic choke on my old carburetor and I was about to replace it when I stumbled upon maXpeedingrods. And boy, am I glad I did! Instead of spending $30 on a choke, I decided to get a whole new carb for just $25 more, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny.
Before this, I had already replaced my old generator with an alternator, which meant I had to modify the old carb to make it fit. But with this new maXpeedingrods carburetor, there was no need for any modifications or adapters - it fit right beside the alternator with ease.
When I started the car, it ran like a dream. I didn't even have to adjust the settings! Of course, there's no guarantee that you won't have to adjust yours, but for me, it was perfect from the get-go.
My only complaints are that it didn't come with a new barrel nut and that the accompanying nuts were 12mm, forcing me to reuse my old ones. And the only wrench I have that will reach the front nut is a 13mm. But these are minor issues considering the great price I paid for the carb.
Assuming this carburetor lasts long-term (which I couldn't spot any problems with the build that would suggest it can't), I may never go through the hassle of rebuilding a carburetor again. I really hope maXpeedingrods continues to sell these for decades to come.

Recently, Maxpeedingrods sent me four coilovers. However, upon receipt, I noticed that two of the rear ones had a crack in them. It was a manufacturer defect. As such, I contacted the customer service. Unfortunately, their response wasn't as prompt as I hoped due to their location in China and the time differences, which made it difficult to communicate quickly.

When they finally responded, they offered a way too low 12% refund for a product that was entirely unusable. I found that unacceptable and informed them that they should have never sent the shocks to me in the first place. They responded by offering for me to pay to ship all four shocks back, which was impractical and unreasonable. After much back and forth, they agreed to a 25% refund. This decision wasn't the most satisfying, but, unfortunately, I didn't have legal recourse.

After I received the partial refund, I went online and posted negative reviews on various websites because I felt that it was unacceptable how poorly they treated me as a customer. However, even after the review, I wasn't made whole. I had spent 100% of the money. I received a product that only had 50% functionality. And, even after much haggling, I finally only received a 25% refund from the company.

Bought a MaXpeedingRods repair tool for my Ford transmission servo bores, but man was that a mistake! Wish I had read the reviews first. The machining is just plain awful. Gotta say, I made an order from MaXpeedingRods for a 34pict-3 carburetor to pimp out my Volkswagen Beetle. I was expecting the carburetor to come with a classic VW fuel inlet fitting like the pics showed but I got something else instead- a 1/4" barb fitting. The trouble is, this fitting isn't gonna work with a standard VW fuel hose. Sheesh, I had to send the carburetor back, never got what I needed. I'm waiting, yup waiting and waiting for my makin' refund...

Listen people, just keep in mind that deals with these folks just ain't as simple as they seem. That carburetor I bought was not what they made it out to be. I got one of those MaXpeedingrods turbochargers from their store on Ebay, Aplusmarkets-US. It had a warranty of two years, which we thought was pretty good, so we jumped right on it. Unfortunately, it didn't last very long. After less than six hundred kilometers, the main shaft busted, and that caused a lot of damage to the fans on both the compressor and the turbocharger. It was a complete disaster.

We tried to reach out to both Aplusmarkets and MaXpeedingrods, but neither of them would help us out. They didn't want to honor their warranty and just tried to sell us another one. But, come on, why would we trust either of them after what just happened? They didn't even try to help us out and fix the situation.
