Kinetic Pro Watch review: Watch

I have lung disease and must keep track of my SP2. This watch has been tested with equipment from the hospital and is Not correct.

I started asking for instructions to return the watch on 03-12-23 but can get no reply from this company. If you telephone them they leave you hanging on the line and nobody answers, if you try chat, they wont answer anything until you join a technical support program for $55.00.

They will not respond to anything and then I feel they will say I did not send the watch back before the 30 days. That is because they won't respond.

This is not fair to anyone who purchased this watch that is not correct. I just want to send the watch back and have my $73.89 returned.
