Kinetic Pro Watch review: Subscription service

I ordered the Kinetic Pro Watch on April 12, 2023 and received it shortly thereafter. There was no contact info in the package and no invoice. Then on May 10, 2023 they took out 39.99 from my credit card account to pay for a subscription to use their watch. I did not ask or sign up for any subscription. Please help me get my refund. I have emailed at two different addresses on their web pages, but they come back. I have called and left 3 different messages and no return calls. I tried a different phone today and left my info again. Please help.
