I recieved my watch June 2, 2022 and after looking at it realized that it was far too complicated for my 81 year old brain to untangle. i would want to return the watch and get my refund. I paid $58.94. Please send a return label or give me the address where I can return it by U S Post Office. Only the watch, box and instructions were in the box, no invoice, my card was debited on 5/29/22 in the amount of $58.94. The only information on the mailing label was "Fulfillment Center, P O Box 32017, Lakeland, FL 33802" and USPS tracking #[protected] 72, and on the very bottom these numbers, 1xLSI-KPW. Please help me with this refund. Thanks

I keep getting charged $39.99 every month, I talked to customer and they said they would refund my money. I need this taken care of. Melba foy [protected]. I have usps return receipts.
Does anyone have an 800 phone number for Kinetic Pro watch, I just got home from winter trip and the 2 watches were here, now I am getting charged monthly for a subscription I never ordered. Very deceitful. The number listed will not give me an agent to speak with and asked to leave my name and phone number. My credit card hasn't paid it yet. I am going to contact them.

Checked reviews/ bought a watch got billed for 2. Unable to get any return of emails or phone calls. Watch is somewhat poor in quality and hard to setup.
31 days after purchase I got a charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I never ask for any further services, but by not answering their many email and not seeing any thing on my purchase, I was charged for some membership I did not approve. Called the phone number on my credit card charge and could not get the charge reversed or get a refund on the watches. I did get the recurring charges stopped (I hope). When I ask for the customer service rep's to speak to her boss I was told no. When I ask for her name she refused to give me her name for call documention. My credit card company has been notified. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They may be providing a product that is worth the price, but are charging things to increase their purchases. Run Gump Run.

I want a return authorization. The watch was a gift from my husband, and I'm not satisfied. The charger doesn't work well. This item is not senior friendly. I think it is NOT all you advertise it to be.
SEND THE AUTHIATION THAT I HAVE REQUESTED TWICE ON E-MAIL AND 1 PHONE CALL. I would like to get this done before the "30 days" are up!
