I ordered this smartwatch for $39.99.It was cheaply made and of course, did not work. I returned it, although the company tried to convince me to keep it and receive a $12 credit, then they upped it to a $17 credit. I refused, returned the watch, and surprisingly received my credit of $39.99.
However several weeks later I was charged that amount again for the app that goes with the watch. A watch that I did not have because it did not work. I made several phone calls to the company with not one return call from them. I sent at least 4 emails, finally received one response that they would look into it, and that apparently was the end of the story.
Sounds a bit like fraud to me.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund,and an email confirming they have caneled this app.
This watch does not work. The temperature is always at least 10 degrees wrong.
My sleep time is never accurate. I get up at 6am. It says I am sleeping at 8 am.
This is no good.
I want my money back.

DON'T buy this watch, worked great for about two months and died, no way to change the battery. Would not charge, etc. Went to the junk pile. We had two of them one for me one for my wife. The second one lasted one more week. No one responded to e-mails about the short life span. Don'tbuy unless you want to throw away your money.
Yes on unauthorized purchases including for being billed of 2, not one, watches. Unable to get any response to email or phone calls. 31 days after purchase, received a $39.99 charge for something. I did not see any thing in their many emails about a membership charge. Got someone on the phone( check phone # on the credit card charge for the watches). Too late. Would not put a boss on the phone, she cancelled any recurring charges (I hope) and would not give me her name for documenting the call. You can call it what you wish. I hav e my own 4 letter words, lats of them.
