Kinetic Pro Watch review: My order was not delivered 2

Ordered Kinetic Pro Watch ($58.94) and charging device ($14'95) on 11-19-2022. Order was shipped via USPS (tracking # 9400111206213822838124) with my name and address on the label. The shipment was diverted to a location in Lakeland, Fl. Called the company on 11-31-2022 to notify them that I had not received the order. Sent several emails with all the information and made numerous phone calls to no avail. According to the tracking order, it was delivered to 'Original Sender ', Lakeland, Fl. 33802, which possibly be a Florida ware house for the company.
