I bought some PJ's for the whole family on Kidshoo.com. It took me a whole month to realize that my merchandise was not coming. When I contacted them, they responded rudely and told me to wait for 5-7 business days. However, the tracking number given to me was way off the mark. So, I had to go through the trouble of disputing with my bank because Kidshoo refused to refund me. I ended up with neither the product nor my money back, after spending a colossal sum of over 100$.

So, lemme tell you about my experience with Kidshoo. Now, I ordered like, a bunch of pajamas from them way back in November, like on the 10th or something. And let me tell you, it was a whole thing. I had to hound them a bunch of times to get my dang order, and they eventually shipped it priority from like, Cali or whatever. But then, when I got the PJs, they were hella cheaply made, man. Like, no cotton or anything, even though they said they had some in there. Super annoying. And then, to make things even worse, I had to reach out to the Kidshoo peeps a bunch of times to figure out how to send stuff back. And guess what? The address they gave me was in China! Like, what the heck, right? So yeah, moral of the story here: avoid Kidshoo like the plague, peeps.

I ordered some things for my grandchild's birthday from a website called Kidshogro2. Unfortunately, the items never arrived. Even worse, I was charged AU$92 for them. This is so frustrating because I can't go and see my grandson due to the Covid-19 pandemic. And now I can't even find the website to try and get a refund. It's like they've disappeared from the internet! I am really not happy with this experience. It is so disappointing and I feel like I've been ripped off. To make matters worse, the charge has definitely been applied to my account. I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of situation.

So I ordered Xmas pjs from Kidshoo (kidshoo.com) a few weeks back, but I never got them. DHL, this delivery company, said that they left the package, and they purportedly even caught my last name in their "system." But, listen, I never signed anything, and I haven't seen hide nor hair of those pjs. Frustrating, right? The companies involved--DHL, Amex, and Kidshoo-- have not been forthcoming with help. I even paid for insurance, but since DHL said they delivered the package, Kidshoo won't help me fiscally.

I suggest avoiding the headache and simply buying locally. Or, if you insist on buying online, you should stick to Amazon. If only I had done my research beforehand, I wouldn't be wearing clothes from my old stash.

Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Kidshoo. Straight up, it was whack. I ordered one of those dope male L sizes for my kid, but ended up getting some woman XL instead. Like, c'mon man, how are you gonna mess that basic ish up? Then to top it off, they forgot one of the pants in my order. That's not good business at all, fam.

But wait, there's more. The sizes they advertise on their website don't even match up to what they sent me. They was sayin' 7-8, but I got an 8 instead. Then they claim to got 9-10, but I got a freaking 10. What kind of shenanigans is that? I was pissed, yo.

And here's the worst part - my whole Christmas picture was ruined because of them. I had to reschedule my photoshoot because I didn't have the right clothes. Ended up having to go to some other store to buy stuff. Ain't nobody got time for that.

All I want now is to return this hot garbage they sent me and get my money back. Kidshoo better come through with the refund, or I'm gonna have to start causing a ruckus. I'll keep y'all updated on what happens, but for real, save yourself the trouble and don't order from these clowns.

Me keep try Kidshoo website thinking maybe me will get better experience, but it no good. First time me order and pay for 2 dresses, but only get 1 dress. Me ask for refund and they say no way. Me have to go to paypal for help.

Then me try again and see the items on sale. Me get excited because me like getting deal! But when me go to pay, the sale no show up! Me try to talk to them but they no help. Me think this website scam.

Me very disappointed with Kidshoo. They not responsible and not helpful. Me no recommend it at all.

I bought one of them poppit thingies from this website called Kidshoo, but it didn't go right. After waiting for a hot minute, I got an email saying they sent me a "tracking number" for my package. But when I clicked on the link they sent, it didn't work for tracking! So I tried another website called 17track.net but it only said "no results found"! I wasn't too happy about this fishy situation.

So, I did some more digging and found out that these Kidshoo folks aren't even in California like they said they were! Instead, they're some kind of shady Chinese site. NOT cool. Luckily, I used Paypal to pay for my order, so I'm working on getting my money back.

I don't think I'd recommend Kidshoo to anyone. Seems like they're just trying to scam people out of their money. Be careful out there!

I did a purchase on Kidshoo website on November and it was supposed to arrive before December 17th. I gave them a shout to check about my order, but they took a lot of time to reply and when they finally did, they said that they needed a couple of days to process. But guess what? Weeks passed by and my order was still sitting there, waiting to be shipped. Frustrated, I asked them to not send it anymore as I knew it would not make it in time for the holidays. However, they ignored my plea and went ahead with the shipment. I ended up receiving the order after Christmas, which was quite disappointing. I thought of returning my order, but the shipping fee is such a bummer that I could not bring myself to do it. My advice? Avoid Kidshoo at all costs.

I done placed an order at Kidshoo on March 26th. They was saying on their website that delivery typically takes 5-8 working days. But, it weren't until March 29th that I got a email saying that my package had shipped. They took their time!

Then, on April 1st the tracking info finally updated to say that my package was in Melrose Park, Illinois. But, hold on a minute, that's not where it needs to go -it's gotta go to Wisconsin. So, something went way wrong.

Today is April 9th and my tracking info STILL ain't updated. It's stuck in Melrose Park and I have no idea where my package is. If this package don't turn up in Wisconsin soon, I don't think i’m ever ggonna get it. I'll write another review only if this package ever makes it to Wisconsin.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Kidshoo. The website leads you to believe that it's a US company, but it ain't! This was discovered through back and forth emails. Ain't that sly? It left me feeling a bit cheated.

In the end, I reckon I'll stay away from Kidshoo from now on.

Got some stuff from Kidshoo for my kiddo who's 5 and let me tell you, it was a rough ride. It took almost a moon cycle for them to get here from China and when they finally did, the cloth was total junk! I didn't even have to break open a few of them to know that they just wouldn't do the trick. So I tried to talk to the person who runs the website to see if I could give them back, but that was a whole mess in and of itself. They told me the wrong zip code at first and I got sent back from the post office all because of them. And then after I fixed that they told me that I had to be the one to pay for shipping them back all the way to China, which would've cost me more than what I spent on this trash in the first place. If I had known that they were coming straight from China, and returns were impossible, I never would've bought anything from them.

Plain and simple, just know that you're going to be stuck with whatever junk you get from Kidshoo... returning it ain't gonna happen.

i was so excited when i found kidshoo.com and decided to buy some clothes for my niece's birthday. the website is easy to use and has a lot of cute clothes to choose from. i placed my order and even got a confirmation email.

However, a few days later, i received an email saying my order was stolen off the truck and that i would get a refund. i was disappointed because i really wanted the clothes for my niece's birthday. i contacted customer service and they told me to wait a few more days for the refund to process.

two weeks went by and i still hadn't received my refund, so i decided to contact customer service again. this time, they told me i needed to contact my bank to get the refund. i was frustrated because i had never had to do this before and it was taking so long to get my money back.

overall, i wouldn't recommend kidshoo.com because of my bad experience with them. the customer service was unhelpful and it took way too long to get a refund for my stolen order. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

So like, yo, I ordered from Kidshoo on November 11th, 2022. And let me tell you, I haven't heard a peep since I got the order confirmation. And like, I tried to call customer service, but there ain't no number available! What's up with that? I mean, I just wanna know what's going on with my package, you know? I gotta be honest with y'all, Kidshoo ain't no good. First off, they don't even tell ya they based in China, which is shady if ya ask me. And when ya finally do get your stuff, it's straight up garbage. Don't even fit right and the quality is worse than something ya find at a thrift store. Plus, they say ya can return it if ya email 'em for the address within 30 days, but that's a straight up lie. I had to fight with PayPal just to try and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy. Save ya money and shop somewhere else.

So, I decided to give Kidshoo a try and ordered from their website on November 25, 2022. However, I never received an email confirmation or any update on my purchase. I started messaging the Kidshoo team back and forth, and they finally told me on December 9, 2022 that my package had been lost.

I was quite annoyed at this point, so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, Kidshoo did not even have a phone number for me to call, so I am very frustrated with this whole situation.

It's really disappointing that Kidshoo didn't handle the situation properly and communicate with me about my lost package. I hope they improve their customer service in the future, as it would make me think twice about ordering from them again. In the end, I had to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I recently made a purchase on Kidshoo.com for some pajamas. I placed the order on November 6th and was told that they would send it within 6 to 12 days. I was excited to receive my order as I had an event planned for November 18th.

Unfortunately, I waited and waited and the pajamas didn't arrive until a week after my event. I was disappointed as I really wanted to wear them to my event. When they did finally arrive, I discovered that one of the pajama sets was a different size than I had ordered. To make matters worse, they had cut the tag on the pajamas.

Overall, I wasn't impressed with my experience with Kidshoo.com. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone, particularly if you're in a hurry to receive your order. The sizing issue and cut tag on the pajamas only added to my frustration with the whole process.
