No product! No money returned! Poor service!
Kids-army.com is a spoof site based out of India using a California USA address to attract American consumers. They have a legit looking site using the Ionos Web platform where they can easily get a secured server. I ordered a few products and never received them! Contacted customer support and a return reply was the warehouse personal were on lunch and would get a response soon. After 3 months of waiting and still no fulfillment of products or updates, they scammed me out of money! Buyer beware!
Desired outcome: Fulfillment of items ordered plus money returned! Site shut down so others don't fall victim to their scheme.
Toy Guns
I recently ordered a toy gun for my son to replace a broken one I bought for him at Kids Army a few years ago. He saved his money for several weeks to buy the replacement. We found the exact one on their website but when it arrived, it was a different model, different color and much smaller.
I spoke with someone at Kids Army who said that their manufacturer sometimes changes the design and that he would look to see if they had one of the older ones in their website like the one on their website and would get back to me. They didn't, so after a few days, I called back. Although left several messages on their voicemail and sent an email, I never heard back from them.
Thanks for teaching a young boy that some people are unethical jerks!
Desired outcome: At least a refund.

Whatever you do PLEASE do NOT buy from KIDS ARMY STORE (www.kids-army-store.com . I purchased about $400.00 worth of items. Prices were so low I could not stop...but its true folks you get what you paid for...or not. I had 5 items back ordered, but they did not note that on the packing slip of course. Cost us so much time checking and rechecking since the slip noted ALL items shipped. What a scam. But it gets worst; 95% percent of the items are so bad my garbage collector wouldnt take them! Absolute JUNK!
Thats why the prices were so low I guess. STAY AWAY from KIDS ARMY STORE. They are located in the UK I believe. And when I wrote them they basically replied like an angry teenager, rude, nasty, profanity etc. SHAME on them
The diecast B2 was plastic! I was starting to doubt myself, thought maybe I didn't read the description correctly, but nope, even the invoice says "Diecast".
Also ordered a kids-sized camo net sniper veil. Looks nice for the price, but a large section of the corner, about 16 x 16 inches, was cut out!
Shoddy quality in general, which I suppose you can't help but expect given the prices, but absolutely zero Quality Control to make sure that the shoddy materials are fully in-tact!
My mistake.
Please do not buy from kids army you might as we'll throw your money and patience in the garbage ! Awful awful quality and service! Purchased $200 from kids army.com and two days after my son played with the air guns they broke ! Complete garbage all of the guns were defective ! When contacted them after numerous emails and phone conversations with a "representative" since the supervisors never had the decency to speak to me ! They proceeded to basically say that they didn't believe me that all of the guns were defective and I had to pay the shipping costs to ship them back so that they can decide if they would refund me the costs of the guns and shipping! The best is that the most expensive gun they wouldn't even let me send back! Contacted the bbb! Do not buy from them !
