Exactly on 13th April 2012, I purchased a RC Helicopter from them. After few weeks of use, it suddenly started to have technical issues. So on the 6th of August 2012, I returned it so get it fixed. They told that they will get everything done very soon. Weeks passed, I contacted them, they told to wait a bit more. Later when the year is almost over, I contacted them again. They told that they have moved their store location, so they can't get any parts or a replacement until they get their stocks stabilized. Later I contacted, but still the same excuse. 13th of December 2016 I contacted them again. One of their representatives told that they are sorry for the inconvenience and asked me for my invoice number. So as request, the next day (14th of December) I gave it. I was asked for my number and got a call saying that their old stocks are not available anymore, and that they will be getting new stocks for Christmas, so they will give me a new one instead. At that moment I thanked them for giving me a solution, and I thought that this issue is finally solved. From time to time, I tried to contact them and see whether their received the new stocks, but I was left with no answer. Today I contacted them again, but still no answer at all. They are ignoring my messages. As all of them are "seen", not never was replied. At this moment I'm really disappointed. I was always trying to be fair and nice, but I think that's what made them not care. I guess this is going to keep happening and that they just want me to give up. Never expected this!

This is the last reply I got from them. Still nothing! No resolution at all! They don't even reply, even though it shows that they have "seen" the message.
