KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 464

Let me first just say that I am a 50+ white female. I personally love KFC and growing up saw nothing wrong with using Mr. Sanders as the mascot. But, time has changed and many people are afended by the company using a plantation owner selling fried chicken. The company should really consider changing its mascot to attract more people.

I received to worst service at the drive through at the Carolina Forest kfc in Myrtle Beach. I set in line for 15 to 20 minutes for 2 chicken little sandwiches. Then the employee takes her slow time walking out to hand me my food and never appologize for the wait.

I went too kfc with my family today spent 35 dollars jus too find hair in my food.

The kfc is on Hartley Bridge Road Macon Ga 1st

We went to the KFC at 8:30 pm on 4/20/17 in Morton, IL and asked for an 8 piece bucket, half crispy half grilled. They said they had no chicken! Really? Was it because they didn't want to make any or because the freezer was empty? Either way, how is the chicken place not going to have any chicken?

What does a drive-through today to get your finger licking good chicken which I absolutely loved and was not given any napkins how do you eat Finger Lickin Chicken with no napkins can you correct the problem this was Elk Grove off of Laguna Boulevard and Highway 5

My question is why aren't you guys selling BBQ sandwich anymore? First the BBQ chicken and now the sandwich.

At the Atascadero California KFC on Tuesday, May 2nd I ordered the 8 piece bucket listed as being part of the $20 fill up ... a special advertised offer. When I got home with the package and opened it I discovered 4 legs and 4 thighs in the bucket. Certainly this was not what I had anticipation. I feel KFC was less than reasonable.

I have enjoyed your chicken fried steak many times. The coleslaw was one of my favorites. The dinner I ordered tonight was subpar. The coleslaw tasted as though somebody had dumped disinfectant into it I have refrigerated the uneaten portion in the event I get sick. I am so disappointed.

I picked this up in KFC Northport Alabama 35406. It's a purple tab of some sort just sitting in the bottom of my bucket of chicken. This is unacceptable! My child ate from this bucket!

Manager name was Tiffany . At the KFC on Elvis Presley blvd Memphis, Tennessee . She was rude, aggressive and disrespectful

I was at your restaurant#J433019 to get some food and I noticed that one of your employees wiped their nose with their hand and proceed to get some food for a customer without any gloves on or they did not even wash their hands, I feel that your employee did not take into consideration of the customer.

Just got a potpie "meal" and didn't even get a cookie! Plus, my pie was full of bones & cartilage! What a let down! Not to mention this location is a franchise & the owner refuses to honor kfc coupons. Will never visit another kfc again!

I orders boneless deluxe family meal and hot zinger tower meal from junction 9 KFC I got home which was only 3 minutes away my boneless family meal was cold my zinger meal was the wrong one thay gave me normal tower burger not zinger what a waste of 20 pound that was thay always getting things wrong there.

At the store on 432 central avenue I come into this store and there's always menu items missing. The store closes at 12 and there's no famous bowl or hot wings. People wait on line to get this information. I've come mid day and this has occurred also.

Ordered mingles bucket the half bucket of chicken was provided in Siliguri Sevoke Road counter. When we complained we were totally ignored. We said we have had in other counters across India but this was never done. But they gave a deaf ear. If we don't get the value for our money we will never visit again.

I just waited for 15 minutes to order and was ignored by all employees working because they were to busy talking to each other in the back. I also just watched 3 people back out of the drive through because of the outrageous wait. Will not be back.

I went to the KFC in Uhrichsville Ohio and they r very disrespitful ! The MANGMENT is a JOKE! There was a family that came in and the manger gave the people FREE FOOD I feel that was very wrong! I had to pay for mine! They r a very bad place to eat don't waste your money there!

There was a portion of a plastic bag in my coleslaw. I found it in my mouth! I returned to the store with the item and the manager apologized. I'm so not happy with that.

KFC Richmond rd lex ky worst chicken tenders we ever had. small, thin, hard, crispy, not like any other KFC I ever had. Poor quality...nothing like other locations. Nothing like we have eaten at other locations. No similarity to KFC chicken...tasteless.

I went to the KFC on arsenal St. Watertown ny... And the chicken was greasey, hardly any coating on it but the legs were over cooked and dry the potato's were watery they just poured out and corn was dry and brown...the gravy was cold and lumpy ... The only thing that was any good was the biscuits. For 3o dollars that was not worth 5 dollars.

Good day I would like to know why the dunked burger was taken off the menu... And can't be made if dunked wings can still be made

We bought some chicken the batter was not good it was crunchy. We always buy KFC we like the hot wings popcorn chicken. The bucket we buy for the family sending you pics of the day we had bad batter!

I went to the kfc on Vineyard In Rancho Cucamonga California and I order through the drive through 20 fill up they told me it would be a 10 minute wait so I pulled to front waited for 20 my fiance needed to use the restroom and they had no soap and no paper towels when our food was ready they said they had no breast so I didnt get what I payed for

Chicken is dry and small . they are nasty to customers. it needs to be closed or someone else needs to too take over.I don't eat at any kfc anymore. They are always running out food. They always short of workers. Got to wait for 10 to15 mins just for your food. If you say something they get smart back to you.

I recently purchase hot wings at Hazlet New Jersey there were two hot wings that had no chicken in it it was terrible it was only bread crumbs I don't believe there was any quality control thank you even though the service was excellent this product is inferior and should have been noticed

I had a restaurant before but nowadays i am working for qatar airways as a pilot. I am living in doha qatar and i just want to tell you that your branch in doha is doing very bad. They are blaming the name of KFC. They are very very slow. It takes for them 3 hours to bring our food and its always same.

I purchased a Zinger combo at your restaurant in Glendale, Colorado. I think the street is Alameda.
The person taking my order was nice and very efficient in doing two tasks at once.
My complaint however that the bun was so stale even though toasted, that the top half crumbled away and the sandwich fell apart. The chicken patty was tasty however.

The wings was so full of grease and they was old and nasty I try to take them back but they said they where close and remind you we ate there so I had to leave witbout eating and went to Popeyes for my meal I am so mad right I really liked kfc but now . Feeling Sick

I've ordered tacos, chalupa, etc. this summer. I am sending a photo of what I received. Two different visits, same problem. Very little meat, lettuce, etc. on each item! Why can't this problem be addressed?

the Paris tn KFC chicken tenders were nothing but batter the lady preparing my food wasn't wearing gloves and was completely rude . I thought when they remodeled that it would be better but it got worse not to mention the buffet is shorter! they do not have as good food anymore I was a all the time customer at KFC and now I'm just disgusted...

I ordered $10 Wings Bucket at the drive through and when I got home the wings were only an inch big. I really felt like was scammed. What a big waste of waste money, never again! I'm so glad Popeye's just opened down the street on Magnolia.

The chicken is paper thin and chewy the wedges did not have any potato inside.

I ordered a #5 in the drive thru, which is a leg, thigh, mashed potatoes, biscuit, cookie and drink. I get home to find 2 legs, a bowl of gravy, and a biscuit. How does a standard order, with no special requests get messed up?
