KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 464

We ordered for the first time and we are really desapointed! The order took an hour and a half to arrive and came cold! Never more! It's a desrespect!

I am a good customer although I think I have to give in a second thought about coming to kfc. There has been a advert going around saying that you can get 20 chicken wings for £5.99 but unfortunately I have been to 3 branches and they have all given a different branch. I think it is ridiculous according to what I have heard.

The kimberley barkly road branch never have crushers always saying the ice cream machine is broken.Its so frustrating to hear the same story over and over again.And if we complain then they say complain to the board because they are aware of the problems with the machine.kindly assist

10/28/19 My family ordered 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches and 2 (4) piece chicken strip box meals. All of our chicken was dry and chewy, same with the biscuits! On top of that all 4 of our drinks had no carbonation in them whatsoever. We got the order to go so we didn't know until we got home and now we're not enjoying KFC on this monday night.

Went to KFC and ordered the 12 piece tenders family meal and got what appeared to be chicken that was pulled apart to attempt looking like the tenders. I have a couple of pics. Also the biscuits were hard and not very edible. When this location first opened they were great, but now they are getting sloppy! I am not a satisfied customer.

My girlfriend and I visited KfC @ 4:29pm and we're going on a long trip and received 0 napkins or utensils with our order! How outrageous. Food is delicious ..

As I was eating my baked beans I almost swallowed a piece of metal that I had put into my mouth that was in the baked beans! I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE FOOD FROM ANY KFC LOCATION, I will not ever eat there again!

We got to kfc right at 5pm for dinner not exaggerating at all 1 piece of chicken potatoes had crusty film on them gravy had chunks in it and there were no biscuits at all I asked for these things to be corrected all they did was put 4 pieces of chicken and some biscuits out did not fix potatoes and gravy we just left cause we were so mad

Hi Sir my order no 2278. The washrooms at KFC Branch were dirty. Hygienicall worst. Please look into it wanted to write it at the branch but couldn't find any comments /suggestions card etc. You are requested to look into the hygiene and cleanliness of washrooms please.

Very poor service, employees are extremely rude. Miguel was store manager but I tried to contact him and he gave me rude service and I demand some employees be fired. This is a very serious manner and I want this handled immediately. Also food is poorly made and cold. This is the Harlingen Store and I repeat I want employees fired for this manner

The recipe has changed and is no longer moist and savory, it is dry and
has no flavor. What happened to the original recipe. I just paid $36 for a 12 piece
meal that taste just like any supermarket chicken. Such a shame.

My daughter works in the Oneida TN KFC and the management is treating her unfair. She told the manager a week prior to needing Sunday off for her senior pictures. Now they are telling her that if she doesn't come in she is fired...… Is this how KFC management is suppose to be? Payton is the manager telling her this.

Asked for grilled chicken they said not offered no more then I asked if they hade anything with out weet witch I can not eat they got made at me! I told them I am a customer why are you treating me like this and drove off. Kfc advertise a healthy menu grilled checkin false advertising what's going on?

Visiting kfc today for sundays paid and then by the next window no icecream and had to wait more than 10 min for our money return then we noticed while waiting the safe is left open in plain view with the keys and with our crime rate this is an invitation for criminals and can place the customers in a unwanted danger.

Hi I just bought an apple pie. It was very doughy, oily and not enough apple in the centre.

I bought a wrapsta box last night and when I got home, I was not happy with what I found. Pity I couldn't go back there as it was far from where I was and would have wasted money going back there.

Wasnt even cooked all the way cold as ice in the middle .paid just about 25.00 bucks ..

I went thru drive thru around 4:45 pm, I order a famous bowl fill up and a 2 piece leg and thigh fill up. When I got home my thigh piece was bloody and undercooked. Look so nasty I didn't eat the rest of my food. The leg was cooked. Just gross out!

The packaging is too messy and got stain all over it. Also got the smell of coffee spilled and mayonis as well. Dissapointed considering it should be simple packaging of the food.

I ordered and proceeded to eat my famous bowl and there was a toe nail in it which is totally unacceptable a refund is not enough for that.

Suppose to get a free cake with a 10 piece meal which I buy all the time so they uncharged the meal to include the cake how is that right that's not free and its false advertising

I come at the drive thru at 9:30 pm to the kfc I order three items. I only get two items they charged me for the three and they don't give me a receipt so I can't go back to refund or ask for my other item

Bought them earlier today before 7am. They were half cooked, you could even smell the blood. Before I once bought streetwise 2. One was hot and it was raw inside with blood, regular was okay. So this incident of Hot wings its the second time. I should lay a complaint maybe the mornings cooking are not done properly

Service guy denied to provide a plate for kid bcoz he said chicken popcorn only ordered hence can't orovide the plate. I don't understand how he expect the 4 years child to eat in hand without plate where we put ketchup.

I live in Mountain Home Idaho and the KFC here something is wrong with her original chicken it tastes just like regular flour chicken no case to it whatsoever no original taste that KFC is known for it's horrible please can you check into it

Dirty uncleared tables at Robinson KFC branch

health department sign on front, dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty buffet, dirty bathroom, no soap in bathroom, rude order taker, toilet paper rollls on floor in bathroom with urine on them.

getting ready to be shut down i'm afraid. hope no one gets sick before they do.

almost took pictures and video. but they know how bad it is.

I love KFC, however, I ..will not eat there anymore, nor will my family and friends.due to the fact that the employees do not wear gloves, I said something to the manager and she assured me she would take care of the problem, but she did not.

I was very excited to try the new Mac and cheese bowl so I went to drive thru and ordered it.
Once I got home, to my surprise it was a mash potato bowl.

on August 20th we went to KFC at Forth Stochton, TX. all the plase looks very dirty I took on photo at the restrooms that speak by itself. I didn't know if it was better or worst to wash my hands there.
The food was not better. We decided not to eat it as it looked undercook.

I love the KFC formula but the restaurants needs more supervision.

Management or Manager "Marie" messed up my order and was a complete [censored] totally unprofessional. . Reataraunt was filthy. Floor dirty with trash. Used the men room washed hand and asked for paper towel with wet dripping hands and she pointed at the counter at some freaking napkins. WTF?
How is she's even a Manager yet alone an employee?

I ordered my meal through the drive thru. The chicken tasted and smelled spoiled. The macaroni and cheese tasted powdery. I did not have time to return so I threw the food away which was a waste of my $9.08. Very disappointed with the quality of food for the amount charged.

Tenders were cold and old and one look like it was bitten wedges were also cold bisciut veey hard and pepsi flat! Very dissatisfied

I am 7 months pregnant, I drove 35 minutes to get to kfc in Carrollton and it was CLOSED AT 9:30 when they don't close until 10! So ridiculous and disappointing.

Purchased lunch today for my husband an we were both pissed of with the size of the lge chips what a rip of for the reduced size of the box to the price of them, going up in price an a smaller box what a joke definitely wont be hurrying to purchase kfc in the future an will be spreading the word what a shame we really like kfc chips
