First contacted us about refinancing our current reverse Mortgage we were hesitant. We didn't know him from a bag of beans. But we talked for a little bit then after hanging up we decided to check him out. We called the main office to see if he was employed with the firm, then we called the ComplaintsBoard.com to check on the firm. Turns out everything was on the up and up. This began a great relationship with Wess. He is very easy to work with and has a great attitude. If we had questions or problems, he had the answers or would get them. He was on it right away. You couldn't ask for a better person to work with. We would recommend him to anyone who wants a reverse Mortgage or refinance.
