Recently had BlueLineManagement install new staircase to my basement. Old one rickety and unsafe. They did excellent work...cleaned up daily before leaving, and had job done in just a few days. I can safely go up and downstairs now, giving me more peace of mind. Very affordable...and they do their own work. No subs in the house. I'd highly recommend them for your renovations/repairs.

Have used Blueline Management about 3 times, for minor repair issues. They did an excellent job on all occasions correcting the problems. They are very polite and take their time to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it and charge reasonable prices. Definitely would highly recommend them. Have used them three times and will be using for anything that needs to be done in the future.

We hired Blue Line Management to remove and replace the outdated tile backsplash in our kitchen, along with the drywall behind it. The new backsplash tile I selected was a challenge to install. They did an amazing job with patience and outstanding professionalism. They answered all text messages promptly, were on time and left everything clean when departing. They are very knowledgeable and kind. We will be contacting them for future home improvement projects. Highly recommended!

Blueline management does quality work and in a timely fashion. They listen, offer suggestions and get the job done. When the job is complete, you would never know they were there - everything is neat and tidy. I am pleased to say that I have used Blueline for some personal items that I needed fixed, but I am also always happy to refer them to my real estate clients as well. From floor installations to wall removal to decks and doors/windows, bathrooms and full kitchens, they do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them for your next project!

My family would like to say BIG Thank You to Blueline Management for several Projects they did for us: updating master bathroom; building new stairs and a deck from garage to the house; fixing back yard fence and rebuild of reinforced platform for the hot tub. Blue line Management flipped a house next to one of my rental properties - they did an amazing job and I hired them to do a complete renovation on the bathroom at my rental property. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional at every step of the process. They finished the job within the agreed upon timeline and slightly under budget! At the end of each workday they ensured that the jobsite was clean and safe. I have since used their services to replace a 2nd floor deck, renovate another bathroom and remove and refinish a popcorn ceiling. I TRUST them 100% to provide fair estimates and do stellar work. They are a pleasure to work with and I offer my highest recommendation.

We can't speak highly enough about Blueline Management. We live in a very small ranch with one bathroom. We wanted to add a half bath within our master bedroom. It seemed impossible at first, due to the limited space available, but Blueline Management returned several times to work with us, and came up with a perfect solution. They arrived early every day and were in constant communication. All the inspections were completed in a timely manner. John and Mike are two very pleasant and knowledgeable men who will work with you as the project progresses. They are definitely affordable. Our bathroom is amazing and the workmanship outstanding. On a sidenote, we contracted them to rebuild a door jam and install a door in our basement. It was at the bottom of our hatchway. We now have a tightly secured door with no drafts. We hired Blueline Management initially to replace our front and back doors. John and Sarah were extremely patient and helpful during the process of selecting the doors. When the day came for installation they were on time, courteous, professional and through. They also took the time to greet our dog and give her a few minutes of their time to put her at ease prior to starting the job. Our doors came out perfect, they are aesthetically exactly what I wanted and have a solid seal. We then hired them back to install new flooring on our second level. Their professionalism shined through again with the selection process, price and timeline of install. Due to supply chain problems we were short a few feet of flooring. I actually said it's fine it is behind the washer. They objected and were absolute about returning and completing the job. Therefore, one week later, the materials arrived and the job was complete. It is exactly this work ethic on our most valuable investment that is the catalyst for us to choose them as an integral part of our home renovation. Up next is our main bathroom and I have no reservations it will come out great and our dog will greet them with a wagging tale.

Being an engineer, I analyze most things and select the correct companies, materials, and workmanship for a project. After interviews and quotes from a handful of prospective contractors for an egress deck and ramp system that was designed by me for this project, Blueline Management was selected. The reasons for this selection were that they brought samples of materials for evaluation that they have used and stand behind those materials, pictures of other projects, customer references, and they made suggestions on my design. This meeting took over two and a half hours including complete measurements and pictures of the area and sizes for the project. At this point I felt that they knew what the project consisted of and what was expected from them.I understand that price is the bottom line of most home owners, however quality, longevity, workmanship and adherence to federal, state and local zoning laws should be considered first. It would be better to have a project done properly then to have the same project done twice because of inadequate installation. After working with many contractors through the years, It can be said about Blueline Management are well qualified.If you want a project done correctly the first time, on time and on budget this company should be the first choice to make for ant home project. They listen to what the clients requirements are for the project. They made recommendations as to the clients design, companies and materials that meets the project. They leave the final decisions up to the client. They order all materials, lay out a timeline from start to finish, pull permits and prep the project area. As work begins, the client is informed as to what is planned for that day. They clean up the site and stow all materials after work each day. They review the work that was completed and inform client of the next day's work. They are very consciences and the workmanship is far above any contractor I have worked with.
