Kenmore review: pick up

We bought an upright freezer from sears outlet ( 1357 Franklin Mills Circle) on 5-11-15 ( Monday ) and return on 5-16 15 (Saturday ) due to not working and it was scheduled to be picked up on the following Tuesday which was 5-18-15 ( Monday ), somehow it was not picked up on that day. Ever since that Monday I contacted the sears outlet about six times and spoke with three different managers, but up until today ( 6-04 15 ) no one cared to contact us to schedule or pick up this piece of garbage from our home. One thing for sure, these kind of people who work for sears outlet don't care about their customers and they probably make $15 or $18 per hr. They will be the reason these million dollar businesses lose customers. I will never go back to the sears outlet ever again and I will make sure those that I know will not go to this place.
