Keller Williams Realty review: Unfulfilled repair commitment & post sale property service issue

Ivy Nivek (realtor with Keller Williams) had signed a contract stating the front screen door on our home we just purchased would be repaired and installed prior to our closing. The door is still missing. We closed on 6/26/26. The for-Sale sign is still laying in our yard. The lock box is still on our front door. A different realtor showed up to show our house to his clients after we had closed and had moved in. Myself & our realtor (Ben Green) have tried to contact her multiple times by calling and text. She doesn't respond to texts and never answers her phone and her voice mailbox is full.
