Keller Williams Realty review: sale of my home

I need to be contacted immediately. I am scheduled to close on my house on 11/24/19. I have requested to have the sale of my home cancelled multiple times due to having unforeseen HUD loan. This leaving me with having to pay to move out of my home. The original agreement on selling my home was to take the money that I made from he sale of my home and put money down on a new home to buy on contract with our agent. Obviously not having a profit from the sale we are not able to move forward with a sale on a new home which was expressed to both my agent and her partner. This was expressed multiple times that we want to stop the sale of our home only to be told we cant. Then during the process while still in the home the bi buyer, who is also a realtor, stopped by our home offering to do an Interim agreement for 1 month. He paid us 1000.00 and we are in a hotel. The agreement specifically stated that there are to be no changes to the home until final closing of the house. The buyer has directly broken the contract by redoing the whole house. There has been new carpet installed, trim done, painting, the bar pulled from the basement and destroyed. This is a direct violation of the contract and brought to my agents attention. My agent said we will keep this in our back pocket. At this time I stated I want to stop the sale of the home amd still told can not. I'm literally in a place where I have nowhere to go. My agent offered for us to rent the new home and told her that we cant afford to this. At this point I dont trust anyone in this process. I thought I was trusting people who were trying to help me and at this point I feel the complete opposite and have been disregarded as to what I want. I feel BULLIED out of my home, my family is in extreme emotional distress. This is NOT right! I need to be contacted immediately! I have phone calls, text messages, emails of proof of my asking to STOP the sale.
