Keller Williams Realty review: Option fee and security of home

The KW (Lillian Turner) in Odessa, Tx represented my mother (Cloteal Boysaw, property at 2000 Mesquite, Monahans, TX 79756) in the sale of her home. KW had 3 days (per the contract) to collect the earnest money and the option fees from the buyer. We trusted KW to collect the fees as stated in the contract (contract dated Feb 13th and terminated Feb 20th), due to KW unable to locate the buyer. Lillian contacted us on day 5 of the contract to let us know the buyer was no where to be found and the contract has been terminated. The option fee of $200 (per Lillian Turner) would be paid to my mother when KW come to pick up their sign and return my mothers house keys from the lock box. Lillian notified my brother that the sign would be removed on Monday, Feb 24th and he stated to Lillian that my mother would be home to take possession of her house keys. The sign was removed and her keys were laid on a window ledge outside of her home. Very unprofessional of KW and my mother feels that the security of her home has been breached by your establishment. This isn't good business practice for a so call upscale business as KW or any RE company. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
