We applied and didn't get a response for 5 days. We called and called, but no response. However, when we called from a different number, the office answered. Because of the pandemic, my roommate and I were on unemployment. Instead of paystubs, we were told to submit bank statements, which we did. We also offered to pay 6 months of rent upfront. We waited for two days for a response. We even had a co-signer. After waiting almost two weeks, we were told no. The whole process was unprofessional, and there was a big lack of communication.

Found a house on their website and through an app that was listed as available for rent. Me and my husband decided to apply for the house. We did so and paid via *** our $55 application fee. The next day I uploaded my pay stubs and w-2. I emailed them on different occasions asking for what other documents needed uploaded, for status, how to contact me due to working in a hospital etc. To date, we haven't had any response and now the property is no longer listed for rent. Bad customer service, when you don't return calls, answer emails, and help your clients. We didn't even receive a decline letter or email nothing.
