Kay Jewelers Pearl ring

Took my ring back to Kay's! They ruined my one pearl, and have a 6 month guarantee on it. No one would listen to me. I'll never go there again, they can't fix jewerely right. My ring has two pearls. They fixed the one twice, when got home it fell right off. I'm so disgusted with your cheap jewelry it's not funny! Bought a pair of earrings there and they discolored.

Kay Jewelers customer service

This is my 3rd time doing business in this store and each time service has been slow and there service has been uninviting. Today I waited while Kays associate was handling a ring sale and when she was done she said someone will be right with me and proceeds too walk away and knowing all associates were busy she comes back and asks what she can do for me and all I wanted was to make a payment. Why would you leave customer standing there knowing I've been waiting 10 minutes already? I told her this store is always slow and inconsiderate we bought a ring last year at this location and when I went to pick it up it was extremely busy and when I finally was asked what I needed I said I'm picking up a ring and it was handed to me not asked if it fit or how I liked it I was dismissed quickly. Again very uninviting. Our Keys closed recently in Massena Ny location we have never been treated like this at that location and we have spent thousands of dollars at Kays. we will pay or bill off in March and will no longer remain loyal to your brand.

The manager at Kay's located in Myrtle Beach SC Tanger Outlet is the absolute worst. I will not spend another penny in any Kay's location thanks to her Ms Linda. I will locate my wife another 5 carat bracelet elsewhere. Thanks again Ms Linda...

Kay Jewelers LeVian Chocolate Diamond Ring

I ordered a ring on line for my daughter last night for her birthday and showed her today. The smile on her face was more than I can describe.

I received a confirmation email last night and then today get an email saying the order was cancelled due to not being available.

I cannot even describe how disappointed both my daughter and I are.

Kay Jewelers employee

I am a store manager in the outlet at vicksburg and on 02/14/20 one of your employees (which I understand is your store manager) came into my store at 6:58 pm. We greeted her with no response (possibly because she was on the phone) I proceeded to let her know how many minutes she had before closing. She rudely said to me, "so I can't look" I told her the store will be closing soon and before I could ask her if she needed help finding anything she responded by saying, "she'll go somewhere else". She then sent a complaint over to my corporate office with a fabricated story of that night. The priority week she came into my store arguing with my assistant because she wanted her to override a pair of shoes that she said was in the wrong place. My assistant went to check but it was only the pair that she had. So she told my assistant if she came her store and said something was a certain price she would've given it to her and in my opinion there's different types of thieves. Customers talk about how rude she is and how she show favoritism. As a store manager we have a duty to conduct ourselves in a professional way off the job as well especially with our name tag on. I am feeling like she's coming in at the last minute purposely to cause trouble, because she work out here and she know what time we close. I will not shop at this establishment period while she is there. She is very rude and unprofessional and insisting she get something for a price that its not seem suspicious for a store manager of a business to ask of another store when she should know how retail is ran and to contact that store corporate office for something she didn't like was said to her is vindictive and should be looked into. She obviously need training on how to conduct herself outside of kay's.

Kay Jewelers wedding set

Since purchase of the set we have regularly kept it inspected per Kay's protocol in July of 2019 two days after being told it was in excellent shape and nothing was loose one of the diamonds fell out. I took it to the store and they sent it off for repair, the promised return date came and went and I called questioning when it would be back after several calls with no answers them just telling me it would be back soon I went to the store and dealt with the manager who called the repair location and they stated it would be back later in the week as their original repair did not meet their official standards. It finally came back in late August. Fast forward to December of 2019 I took it to the same location for cleaning, upon getting it done and leaving the store I felt something odd on my band upon inspection there was a flaw/gash in my ring which was not there before. I took it back to them and explained what was wrong and they stated they would send it off for repairs and gave me a date of return. Well the date of return has come and gone and a sales person calls to say they can not repair my ring it will have to be replaced with a new one, the catch is he can't order a new one because they are doing invent at the current time. He says call back on Thursday of that week and he will get it ordered, on Thursday I call back and guess what they are still doing inventory he can't order it yet. So Friday I go into the store and explain once again the issue to the store manager, she calls corporate they inform her the ring has been ordered and is on its way to the store. She tells me to call her Monday to see if it's there, call her on Monday and there is no ring so she says I will need to come in to pick out a whole new ring. I ask if she will be there the rest of the day and she says no I'm getting ready to walk out the door and won't be back until Wednesday so come then. I call back in about 10 minutes because I forgot to ask her a question and the employees says she's gone to lunch she will be back in an hour. Okay so she lied to me. I go to the store at the time she's supposed to be back from lunch and there she is so I address her lying and she says I'm leaving now. She goes through a whole spill of how I have to wait for my original ring to come back before I can pick out a new one and a crap more stuff so I literally ask why I can't just pick out a ring she can hold until the other one comes in so that part will be done. She states we can do that, as I'm waiting she literally turns around and says no you can not do that. She literally got caught in several lies and kept trying to talk her way out of them. So I still have no wedding set and do not know if I ever will. I have calls in to corporate but those probably won't be returned either! Kay's jewelry is a joke! Need I add my husband got me expensive earrings for Christmas and they broke less than a month later and we are waiting on those to be repaired too!

Kay Jewelers wedding set exchanged

I had my original wedding set that I purchased (Ever Us collection)-- A piece for damaged and I was told It couldn't be fixed and I would need to exchange. So I changed my whole set and after picking it up on 1/4/2020, I realized that part if my rose gold engagement ring had white gold look on bottom portion where my white gold band was. Come to find out it was Rhodium plating and whomever soldered the rings did not protect the rose gold. Also, I noticed one of the diamonds is a different color than the rest and it casts a slight shadow look on the ring. I took it in and the person said I would have to send it out AGAIN after just getting it. I paid extra for the difference only to be disappointed. After 7 years of working with Kay's and I get this... Not happy and debating on if I want to purchase jewelry anymore because I dont want to have this happen again if this is going to possibly happen again.

Kay Jewelers in store verbal harassment to employees from managers

I am a Kay employee that needs IMMEDIATE assistance regarding retaliation, verbal abuse, and "rules" changing depending on the person. I have followed every chain of command that exists and the HR rep listing I have is just a loop--no where to speak with her or leave a message.

This is an incredibly time sensitive issue, as this hostile work environment is rapidly becoming too much to handle in a professional manner. I do not want to leave the company, much less on bad terms. I don't want to have to seek legal council to protect my rehire status. But if I have to I will. It is time to actually OWN the culture that we're supposed to have. I will no longer stand for hypocrisy from managers that act like tyrants, steal sales from hard working associates, and respond out of emotion rather than any sort of measured response when asked about these behaviours.

Open door policy? Where? Show me the door. I'm happy to step right through and have a civil discussion. I am assuming that upper management is capable of being civil, though that may not be a wise thought on my part. If NONE of the managers I have been subjected to knows how to speak with simple kindness to their staff or guests then why should I believe chain of command will be any better.

Kay Jewelers small gold band

I. Bought a christmas gift for someone before christmas. Your sales person said if it does not fit, we will size it for free. So I also bought your warranty, I still don't have it back.
They sent it to tustin ca? And now send me another email saying there a delay.

I will never by anything from you guys again. I will also cont the bbb.

Your very shady business practice.

Kay Jewelers engagement ring

Kay Jewelers has beautiful jewelry and My fiancé surprised me with the ring of my dreams on 12/29/19, but their customer service is lacking heavily. They're not honest about timing and have set unrealistic expectations. It's suppose to be the most exciting time of our lives, but we haven't seen the ring since he proposed. He was told when he bought it that I could have it sized in two days. I went in to get it sized on 12/30/19, letting them know that I really needed it for an event on 1/4/20. I have a receipt that says "drop off date 12/30/19 and promise date 1/3/20". It's currently 1/6/20 and still do not have the ring. I chatted with corporate and they said the date was wrong on the receipt and it'll most likely be 1/13/20. I walked into the store today livid, and they said maybe it will be there tomorrow. What a mess. I love the ring and my fiancé for picking it out, but Kay Jewelers needs to not lie to people about expectations. I didn't have the ring all week, or for an event Saturday that I really wanted to have it for. I might not even have my ring for an engagement photo shoot and party. Such a shame, and I even bought the warranty for myself. Beware of all of this.

Kay Jewelers i'm complaining about customer service

I went into Kay jewelers on January 3, 2020. A lady came up to me and said can I help you. I asked her if I could see the heart shaped necklace I asked her how much it was she told me the price. I said oh it was on sale around Christmas time how much was it. She stated I don't know then I saw another set that I liked and I asked her was that on Cell for Christmas as well and she said yes I asked her for the price she said I don't know. I said wow you're no help at all she smiles. I asked her if I could try on the necklace she said yes as I want to put the necklace on I was struggling she did not even offer me any help she watched me struggle I drop the necklace in the heart came off she said oh you drop the necklace I said yes I saw that did you I've bent down to pick it up she didn't even help me. Once again I struggle to put the necklace on finally got it online looked in the mirror I really like the way the necklace looked on me and I wanted to buy it I asked her if she could give me any type of discount and she said yes I can give you 10% then I said could I get more off if I had a case credit card she states oh you have a keys credit card I can give you 10 more % off. I told her forget it I'm not buying it from her she made me feel very bad and she degraded me I refuse to buy anything from her I even told her that I would not buy anything from you because you have terrible terrible customer service and you're no help at all. Her name was Michele Pacheco. Shortly after that I found out she was the store manager what a horrible store manager with no manners no customer service she should not even work at the store.

Kay Jewelers my wedding ring

I buy my wife and my self weeding rings my ring is a weeding band and is black and rose gold after we got married wich was on November 2018 my weeding band started losing the golden rose color and start to turn stainless steel color my wife took my weeding band to the store first of all they ask my wife what kind of liquid I was using and I tell my wife the only thing I use is water and soap they did not want to exchange I have to speak to the manager so she went few week laiter and we ended up pain 60 dollar because they have to send it to the factory wich for me not make since but his my weeding band.so we recieved from the factory and the manager said is this happend again we change it to black and that we want to do in the beginning but he said the color in not gonna go away.so guess what it happend again and now we call the store because we move to another city and that kay jewelers is to far for us so we call the store and explain them the we live far away and we ask them if we can go to the closed store they said yes we went to the store on the outlet on wesley chapel and I soon we explain what happen they treat us like we are liars so we so we show them prove of the money the we paid..and after we show them the recieve the guy said oh they only coverage stainless steel and I told him this ring is a sylver colon or black and rose gold and he said well they make a mistake and is nothing the I can do to help you out...I told my wife let go because and getting upset.you know people I spend almost 3000 dollar plus other thing the I buy in the past I about like 5000 total...I never experience so bad service I never going back to kay jewelers..they said and thing is another thing.they lose me as a customer

Kay Jewelers sales person

My daughter went in Kay's in Greenbrier mall to purchase me a mother's ring for Christmas. The salesman showed her some rings, and she picked one out. As he was showing her the gem stones to go in the ring, he got to April and said the stone for this month is diamond, but you cant afford that. To me this was very rude, my daughter is super shy, so she just let it go. When she told me about it, i had to send in a complaint. Its not right to judge people. She is a nurse, she can and could of afforded it, but her sister told her just to get the other gem. There is so much hate in the world and to go into a store and get judged is not helping at all. Sorry I just had to say something, dont mind my rabbling.

Kay Jewelers return and warranty

Well I just want to say my significant other loved the ring I had chosen for her but after paying and jeweler talking me into a lifetime warranty I decided I didn't need or want a warranty on my ring after going there and calling from December 24th to the 28th and going to store each day they tell me no cash in register to do a freaking $30 return on a ring warranty I mean each individual day they told me this and I ask them how can u run a jewelry store take money from hard working clients and not have money for a $30 ring warranty return I feel for the ones who have bought an expensive ring with cash and expect a cash return... they will take cash from you but don't ask for a return for cash!Kay jewelers in Columbia SC need to tighten up... ILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN!

Kay Jewelers service

This is the 2nd and FINAL time I put myself in the position to be disappointed by the service I've been given by Kay Jewelers. After being assured several times that my wife's rings would be on her finger by her special day I recieved an email (not a person) that the salesperson who sold me the promises wasn't even aware of went out, telling me I wasn't going to get my wife's rings by the time I was assured of before the purchase. Then after I thought this was fixed, just tonight AGAIN, I was informed by another email (not a person) that yet AGAIN the salesperson was unaware was sent that there would be ANOTHER 2 week delay added to this purchase. My recommendation to anyone that asks my thoughts about Kay Jewelers is that no person should EVER consider giving their hard earned money to this company who prides themselves in handing out falsehoods and dishonesty. What a terrible shame...I'll be reaching out to the Regional Director of Operations as soon as possible in hopes that this can be addressed, this is simply bad business.

I got a pair earrings for Christmas I do not like them so I had a gift receipt with the earrings and I went to Kay jewelers in Rochester Minnesota at Apache mall at around 930 the two ladies in there we're not very pleasant at all I said I have a return and I have a gift receipt they took me over to the register looking up stuff she looks at me and says do you have the card that this was put on I said it's a gift receipt no I don't have the card it was a gift she said well we can mail you a check and I said no I'm not having a check mailed to me when I have the actual receipt that's a gift receipt she said we haven't had any customers yet today so we don't have any cash in our drawer to return any product and give cashback oh my god that makes no sense so what if I would come in there with two $100 bills and buy a product or a pair of earrings or something for 150 I couldn't get change back therefore I cannot buy the earrings because you cannot give change I am so unhappy with K jewelers and their attitude it is not even funny so I could not return my earrings! there's a reason I do not shop at kay jewelers and I will never shop at K jewelers ever Beverly Hundorf [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

Kay Jewelers customer associate, rude behavior

I went in to Kay's to buy my mom a mother's ring for Christmas. As i was looking a male associate came over to help me. Told him what i was looking for, as we were picking out the birthstones, one of the months were April, and he went on to say, well u can get a diamond, but u cant afford that. Who is he to say that to me, i felt very belittled. Truth be told i can afford a diamond for my mom's ring, but i just let it go. Got home and told my dad and he said, write to Kay's and complain that was very rude of him to say that.

Kay Jewelers levian chocolate diamond ring

i have purchased a levian chocolate diamond ring for my wife the diamonds keep falling out i have to drive 1 hour each way to get it fixed i have bought several pieces at joplin mo. we took it in and they sent it off . but the manager was not helpful at all kinda rude actually will not buy anything else at that store or recomend it to anyone else . thank you gary howe

Kay Jewelers online order

I ordered a custom name necklace on 12/13/2019 and did not receive any source of tracking information or delivery alerts whatsoever. So I called the "Kay Jewelers Customer Service Hotline" only to be answered with prompt after prompt after meaningless PROMT. Soon I was put on hold and supposedly transferred to a customer service representative. After 50 minutes of being on hold, no one ever connected with me so I just decided to hang up. Kay Jewelers Customer service sucks!

Kay Jewelers online ordering

I have ordered two different pairs of earrings in the last week. Trying to get them for my fiancé for Christmas. Both time I have received an email saying the my order was canceled due to item not being in stock. The last email I got said I could get 10% off my next order. Why would I be so stupid to order again just to get canceled. I have spent thousands of dollars with you and I will not spend another dime with you if you don't make this right. 10% is a joke. Kay Jewelers bad customer service

I went to plaza Bonita, National City on 12/08/2019. Most of the staff were busy.. except for a male employee who was on his personal cell phone. I stood right in front of this young male employee, who didn't even say anything because he was busy on his phone. I was so upset and left. I came back Monday (12/09/2019) afternoon. There was a different male sitting behind the counter. When I asked him about bridal ring, the lady came up and said the guy does not work there. I was kinda surprised and confused. Kay Jewelers is big company and has good reputation. Why this store allowing people to just hang out "inside" the store? Me and my daughter always go to this location and never had issue except for this couple visits. I ended up going to Zales right in front of this store. If this issue will continue, i will send a letter to BBB.
