And another thing - they’re located far away from us customers, so they don’t care as much about the quality they deliver. It doesn't matter where you purchase from, you should always get the product you ordered, especially when it's charged at such a high price.

Please look at the photos I took and the correspondence between us to see how terrible the customer service was. They always made excuses and offered weak solutions, without ever finding any resolution to my problem. It's definitely not fair, especially since I miss my dog Jack now more than ever.

So, I bought two things from Getnamenecklace.com on December 16th and boy, was it a rollercoaster of emotions! First off, their website didn't give me any clear info about the time it would take for the items to be made and shipped. At first, they said it'd take 3-5 working days to handcraft my stuff, but then they changed it to 7 working days after I made my purchase. And just to be extra sure, I paid an extra 24 big ones for express shipping, so my order would arrive before Christmas.

But man, was I wrong! The day I was supposed to get my package, it didn't show up, and I was getting antsy. I kept sending messages to ask why my order was taking so long, but it just wouldn't arrive. Finally, it got to me after 25 calendar days, which is like 16 working days after I ordered it! That's almost twice the amount of time they promised!

In the end, they gave me a 5% refund because of the delay, but I asked for more, around 10%, and they "agreed," but in reality, I got way less than that. On the bright side, the items themselves were pretty good! They looked just like they did on the website, and when my order finally arrived, it came in like 2-4 working days like the express shipping said.

All in all, I don't know if I'd buy from Getnamenecklace.com again. If you're looking to buy from them, just make sure you do it way ahead of time, so you don't have to go through the same stress I did.

I done bought a name ring from Getnamenecklace for my lassie for C'mas. The web page showed 2 names engraved on the ring. Hers and mine. It also showed an engraving inside the ring. You can see and read the names on the web page for the item and you can read the inside engraving. When the ring arrived I was very excited to give it to my wife. But, when I opened the ring I couldn't see the engravings. At first I thought they may have forgotten to engrave the ring. I looked closer and saw something but couldn't make out the names. Had to use a magnifying glass and get up close to it to read the names engraved. When my wife puts the ring on her finger she CAN'T EVEN SEE THE NAMES AND CERTAINLY CANNOT READ THEM.

I sent an email to Getnamenecklace about this. They asked me to sent them sum pictures. I took and emailed pictures of the ring the holding it in front on the ring on the web page to compare it the ring shown on the web page. They emailed me back and asked me to send pictures. So, I email the same pictures again and an additional picture showing the ring from one foot away and the names can hardly be seen and CANNOT BE READ FROM ONE FOOT.

Received an email from Getnamenecklace stating:

"Dear customer, Thank you for your email. The ring font is normal.
About width of the ring is limited, so the font is like this.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards."

But, if the names can hardly be seen and cannot be read without a magnifying glass, why does the web page picture show the names clearly engraved. It's because the ring on the web page is ENLARGED to make you believe they can be read. So, DO NOT GET ANY ENGRAVED RING FROM Getnamenecklace, you will definitely be DISAPPOINTED, and, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Imma go and dispute the charge with my credit card to have the charge reversed as I did NOT get what was advertised on their website. I's a good lad and don't want other folks to have this same misfortune.

So, like, after reading all the reviews, I still decided to take a chance and order from Getnamenecklace.com all the way from Dubai, UAE. I even paid extra for express shipping which is supposed to take 2 to 4 business days. But then, like, after a few minutes, they sent me an email saying my address is beyond DHL's delivery range. Say what?! I always get shipments from DHL, so I don't understand why they can't find me.

Anyway, they wanted me to pay an extra $7 for shipping, and I was like, no way dude, I already paid for express shipping. They should have made it clear from the start that there would be extra charges. I tried contacting their support, but they didn't speak proper English. It was like talking to a brick wall.

I even tried their live support, but I'm still waiting for a response. Finally, I just asked them to either send me my order or cancel it and give me a refund. They agreed to cancel it and promised to give me my refund in 5 to 7 working days.
