I placed an order on 8/26 and paid $30 for overnight shipping. The label was created on 8/27 and never shipped out from the warehouse.
I then called customer care on 8/30 to see why the order was never shipped out and they informed me they needed to create a replacement order. They did that over the phone and confirmed with me that it would ship out on Tuesday 9/2.
I emailed customer care on 9/2 expressing how beyond frustrated I was because NOW the 2nd replacement order shows a label was created on 8/31 and it never shipped out AGAIN! Customer Care advised me via email if I do not get my package by 9/3 to reach out again. I called on 9/3 with the same exact issue but this time they offered me NO SOLUTION! Told me FEDEX has not picked up the 8/26 order or the replacement order from 8/30... I still do not have the order and they could not offer a solution! This is beyond frustrating!
Desired outcome: Full refund with original order shipped out from a different carrier (UPS). At this point they should do anything and everything to ensure I get the order as quickly as possible on them.
